Zeer comfortabel en mooi huis

We hebben 10 dagen genoten van dit huis, zijn ligging en uitzicht op zee. De advertentie geeft weer hoe het er allemaal is. Alles klopte en de communicatie met beheerster Lydia was prima. Het huis was proper en zeer goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt op vakantie. Aanbeveling voor ieder die vakantie zo wil vieren.

Sommerferien drei Wochen im Juli

Wir hatten eine eine hervorragende Zeit in der Villa Paula. Die Betreuung war ausgezeichnet. Die Einrichtung des Ferienhaus lässt nichts vermissen man findet alles zum Kochen und vieles darüber hinaus für den täglichen Gebrauch. Das Haus ist enorm gepflegt und sauber. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft, der Blick auf das Meer lädt zum träumen ein die Lage des Ferienhauses ist außergewöhnlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Ruhe. Bauarbeiten bzw. der damit verbundene Lärm waren teilweise etwas mühsam, auch sollte man wissen das dass Resort von Costa Rei mit ihrem Abendprogramm gut zu hören ist. Insgesamt aber top, wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wahl treffen.

Wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Paola

Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen an der Costa Rei im Haus Paola verbracht. Das Haus liegt oben am Hang in sehr ruhiger Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer. Die Austattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos durch Lydia, die das Haus vor Ort perfekt betreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastico!

Yes, the road to Villa Paola is tricky, but worth the ride in every way! We were cordially received by Mrs Lidija, with perfect timing and communciation, very heartwarming and very professional. The villa is just marvelous. Equipped with everything you need, very clean and comfortable, with much care and love for the details. The view is absolutely stunning! With the beautiful garden and surroundings it's perfect for a family vacation, our kids loved it so much. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would love to come back. Grazie mille di tutto!

Sauberes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Wir sind schon viele Male an die Costa Rei gereist, und dieses Ferienhaus hat uns bisher am besten gefallen. - gepflegter Zustand - Meerblick - 2 Badezimmer - Klimaanlage - tolle Terrasse - Parkmöglichkeit Man spricht deutsch, es ist ein sehr netter und trotzdem unaufdringlicher Kontakt. Optimal für 4 erwachsene Personen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Villa ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet und bietet für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Das Grundstück ist schön bewachsen und gepflegt. Die Terasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die Costa Rei. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war komplikationslos und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Villa sehr gerne weiter.

Exzellentes Haus und wunderbarer Hanglage

Das Haus ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist schön gross - wir haben regelmässig dort gegessen. Die Kinder (3 und 6) haben jeden Tag um das Haus gespielt. Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist für italienische Verhältnisse gross. Wir haben immer rückwärts eingeparkt und so war die Ausfahrt durch das höher gelegene Tor des Grundstücks deutlich einfacher. Der Strand ist zehn Fahrminuten entfernt. Dort haben wir auch jedes Mal mühelos einen Parkplatz gefunden. Im Zentrum gibt es verschiedene Restaurants und auch ein Geschäft in dem man alles bekommt, was man so als Selbstversorger brauchen könnte. Die Betreuerin des Objekts spricht fliessend deutsch und ist äusserst hilfsbereit. Zufälligerweise haben wir auch den Besitzer des Hauses getroffen - auch er ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und können dieses wunderschöne Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank für die tolle und freundliche Betreuung Vorort!

Costa Rei Villa Paola

Se ti piace la Sardegna e vuoi viverla in maniera indipendente ma allo stesso tempo ti vuoi sentire a casa…...Villa Paola è la soluzione. Villa indipendente funzionale confortevole e con una vista mare "da cartolina". Indispensabile essere automuniti e da Villa Paola le migliori spiagge del Sud Est (Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias, Villasimius) sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Un particolare ringraziamento alla Proprietà che si è mostrata disponibile in tutto.

Über den Dächern von Costa Rei

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und befindet sich in einem tadellosen Zustand. Es ist landestypisch eingerichtet und es ist wesentlich das vorhanden, was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Ganz besonders haben wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 8/12) die wunderschöne Lage über den Dächern von Costa Rei am Monte Nai genossen. Die wenigen Autominuten zu einem der wunderbaren Strände sind dabei für uns überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Relaxed waren ebenso die gemütlichen Stunden unter der komplett überdachten Veranda mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Küste. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief in englisch und war informativ und vorbildlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort war deutschsprachig und sehr sympathisch. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely villa!

We are a family of 4 with kids in their early 20s and we had a very enjoyable week at the Villa Paola. Fantastic views and a very quiet neighbourhood. Clean and in very good order. Great beaches within easy reach (with a car) and a small mountain to climb close by behind the property for an even better view of the coastline! Decent supermarkets nearby. I would recommend the property and the area!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht für Familien mit Kindern

Mit der Villa Paola als Ferienhaus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten um das Ferienhaus mit seinen Granitfelsen und der mediterranen Vegetation, der Ausblick von der Terrasse und die Lage lassen kaum Wünsche übrig. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist und keinen Pool hat konnten wir unser 3,5 Jahre und 1 Jahre altes Kind weitgehend unbeaufsichtigt spielen lassen. Das Klettern auf den Felsen hat unserem älteren besonders Spaß gemacht. Aufgrund der Berghanglage war es oft auch etwas angenehmer von den Temperaturen als unten im Ort. Einzig die Betten waren etwas hart und mit einem größeren Fahrzeug (Fiat Ducato) sollte man nicht durch das Tor ins Grundstück rein fahren, da man rückwärts bergauf wieder raus fahren muss. Man kann aber problemlos vor dem Tor auf der anderen Straßenseite parken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort liefen reibungslos, die zuständigen Hausmeister sprechen sogar gut Deutsch. Direkt vor dem Haus beginnt ein Trampelpfad auf den Hausberg Monte Nai, ein kurzer aber lohnenswerter Aufstieg mit toller Aussicht auch ins Hinterland. Als lohnenswerter Ausflug möchte ich noch die MINERARIO DI MONTE NARBA nennen. Die ehemalige kleine Bergbausiedlung befindet sich südlich von San Vito (ca, 25min nördlich von Monte Nai), ist in den meisten Reiseführen nicht beschrieben, aber eine sehr fotogene verfallene Geisterstadt. Einfach mit dem Auto nach San Vito fahren, kurz vor der Brücke über den Fluß in San Vito dem Schild zur Minerario die monte Narba nach Süden folgen. Der anfangs geteerte Weg geht in eine Schotterpiste über. Man kann die Strecke aber gut mit einem normalen PKW fahren. Nach ca. 2,5 km über den Fluß fahren und man erreicht nach ca. 1,5km die Geisterstadt.

Beautiful & well looked after house in stunning location

We had a fantastic time staying at Villa Paola just as the main summer season ended this year. The house is well cared for, fully equipped with everything you possibly need and tastefully decorated - a perfect home away from home. The view from the terrace is like nothing we have ever had in a holiday home before, truly stunning, and whilst the location is high up on monte nai you are down by the sea in little more than 5mins by car. As the property is safely fenced in, we had our 2.5 year old running around the house and gardens without having to worry. Down in Costa Rei and the surrounding villages you find plenty of well stocked supermarkets, bakeries, fruit/veg sellers and bakeries, so no need to venture further out south to Villasimius or north towards Muravera for supplies, unless you feel like. The area is so full of amazing beaches and landscape that you will be hard pressed to choose where to spend the day, we particularly enjoyed nearby Piscina Rei (great for swimming), and heading down south Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias and the famous beaches of Villasimius - all perfect for small children as well. Communication with the owner was fast and very pleasant, and Lidjia - the lovely lady looking after the house - was very helpful and caring.
