With 1120 sq. feet (104 sq. metres) of open space, you will enjoy a modern, comfortable space with many extras to make your stay truly memorable.

From beautiful and bustling Kelowna one hour drive North, 15 minutes North to Penticton to expansive rolling hills of Oliver and Osoyoos to the South, you will be amazed with the variety and beauty of the region.

Endless parks and beaches surround you. It is also close to the Famous Tickleberries Ice Cream Shop.

The whole family will enjoy the Splash Park just minutes from the door...especially on those hot summer Okanagan summer days,

Skaha Lake never fails to impress with a large sandy beach and crystal clear waters just 500 meters from the door.

Spend your days leisurely picking your own fruit from this famous sunbelt - apples, apricots, berries, grapes, peaches and cherries are some of the most abundant fruits available.

A short 15 minute drive to Penticton, you will find quality restaurants, major shopping centers, and all types of services available.

The condo is located directly on the world famous Kettle Valley Trail. Walk or bike your way along this incredibly scenic and historic route, right from our door.

Note: There is a RING doorbell video security system at the exterior entrance. This device is automatically motion activated.

Wine tasting trip

Very clean very well equipped No complaints. Close to supermarket. Only (minor) issue is the second bedroom is close to the highway and could be a problem for a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Condo decorated and equipped with care

We stayed for five nights. It was an immaculately kept place with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. Very spacious for three of us. It's close to the lake and right beside a grocery store - ideal for us. The hosts were thoughtful and excellent communicators.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities and more!

Abby was a fantastic host that constantly was checking and answering any questions we had. The location was PERFECT, especially for anyone with kids, it was a 1 min walk to the beach, spray park, and playground. The place itself was great, spacious, and had everything you needed and more for our family.

Great summer getaway

The condo was great! Well-stocked, clean, comfortable and a great location! You can't beat the proximity to the lake, wineries, and the grocery store. Communication was great. Abby was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. We would definitely return.

Had a great stay at the condo from the minute we arrived. Abby was more then accommodating, ensuring items were available for my infant son. Great Apartment

Awesome 2 weeks!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! 5 min walk to quiet sandy beach with shallow warm water for family to enjoy. The Condo was super clean and well appointed. Including beach toys and floats. Abby was an incredible host and extremely helpful when I had trouble operating the front door. Super fast replies and lots of extra information. We will definitely be back!

Above and Beyond

Due to the covid 19 outbreak we decided to cancel our condo booking in Okanagan Falls, owned by Ed & Abby. We can not say enough about how considerate, kind and helpful they were through the entire process. They went above and beyond in communicating with us and their willingness to offer a full refund , contrary to their policy, spoke volumes as to the type of people they are. Although we did not set foot in their condo, we look forward to the time that we can rebook and stay at their place just because we were so impressed with the service we received from them!! So if you are ever looking for a place in the Okanagan, may I strongly suggest their condo so you too may have the pleasure of `meeting`them!!

A Little Bit of Paradise

Okanagan Paradise was delightful! It was tastefully decorated and had every amenity necessary to compliment a relaxing vacation. The condo was fully equipped, even for kids. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels and bedding soft and luxurious. Abby and Ed were very prompt with responses, and had wonderful tourist information available.
