We hope you will enjoy your stay in our modern and well equipped two-bedroom condo located a minute from South end of beautiful Skaha Lake in the Okanagan.
With 1120 sq. feet (104 sq. metres) of open space, you will enjoy a modern, comfortable space with many extras to make your stay truly memorable.
From beautiful and bustling Kelowna one hour drive North, 15 minutes North to Penticton to expansive rolling hills of Oliver and Osoyoos to the South, you will be amazed with the variety and beauty of the region.
-We are excited that we can now sleep 6 with the addition of a Queen Memory Foam Sofa Bed.
- Washer & Dryer. Top of the line units with extremely fast cycles.
- New premium BOSCH dishwasher....it runs so quiet you will be checking that it is on.
- Premium European Faucet Fixtures (kitchen and bath).
- Highspeed Internet service with blazing fast 500Mbps Shaw with Unlimited Data.
* Two large bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Including walk in closet in the guest bedroom and full size armoire in the master bedroom.
* 6 appliances including the washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave
* Highspeed internet with blazing fast WiFi
* One 55" screen LG SMART LCD TV, ready for your Netflix, AppleTV, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc. access in the Living Room.
* One 52" large SAMSUNG Plasma TV in the bedroom. Ready for your computer streaming. Bring your Google Chrome, ROKU, etc. and just plug in and enjoy.
* Gas Fireplace. Efficiently heats the entire condo.
* Air conditioning. A must for the hot Okanagan summers!
* New Weber high quality gas BBQ grill on your private lake and mountain view deck.
* Patio table and chairs on each deck. (There is a patio in the front and back of the condo)
* High quality coffee maker, coffee grinder, and kettle.
* Complete set of quality dishes, glasses, knives, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and more.
* Quality bedding and well stocked towel cabinet including beach towels ensure you are relaxing in comfort.
* Complete set of plastic children's plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and bibs.
* Assorted children's books (i.e. Disney, Berenstein Bears, Curious George, Dr. Seuss), coloring books, crayons, pencil crayons and markers.
* Bucket full of fun sand toys for the kids.
* Assorted board games (i.e. Sorry, Battleship, Connect 4, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Balderdash, Monopoly)
* Comfortable folding beach chairs (2 adults & 3 kids)

Located in the heart of the Okanagan, OK Falls is surrounded by dozens of wineries, golf courses, hiking & biking trails, swimming, and skiing with all types of water sports and activities availabile.
Endless parks and beaches surround you. It is also close to the Famous Tickleberries Ice Cream Shop.
The whole family will enjoy the Splash Park just minutes from the door...especially on those hot summer Okanagan summer days,
Skaha Lake never fails to impress with a large sandy beach and crystal clear waters just 500 meters from the door.
Spend your days leisurely picking your own fruit from this famous sunbelt - apples, apricots, berries, grapes, peaches and cherries are some of the most abundant fruits available.
A short 15 minute drive to Penticton, you will find quality restaurants, major shopping centers, and all types of services available.
The condo is located directly on the world famous Kettle Valley Trail. Walk or bike your way along this incredibly scenic and historic route, right from our door.
Note: There is a RING doorbell video security system at the exterior entrance. This device is automatically motion activated.
