Italy-province of Livorno-island of Elba, much more than an island, sea and mountain combined, a sea among the bluest and cleanest in the Mediterranean, accompanied by a Mediterranean forest that makes the climate pleasant in every season, in Marciana Marina is our villa Alessia of 220 m2, newly built (2013) nestled in the heart of the park of the Tuscan archipelago, with woodland property of 40. 000 m2 ideal for those who want to spend their holidays by the sea in a quiet place of full relaxation, with 800 m2 lawn garden, 70 m3 pool, outdoor heated whirlpool tub, terraces and solarium of 350 m2 with a breathtaking sea view, outdoor shower, large barbecue area with well equipped outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea view both at matino that in the evening .The spacious house is very bright and ideal for a large family but also for two or three couples of friends or even for two families, is 1 km from the center of Marciana Marina and its along the sea and on the beach the blue flag of Marciana Marina which, thanks to its geographical position, allows sun and tans all through September and October.
