Beautiful apartment in Nice recently renovated with all amenities.
Contemporary bathroom and Italian shower, fitted kitchen.
Small balcony typical of the old town. Beautiful Heights under ceilings.
The fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, hob, oven and microwave.
There are two double beds in each of the bedrooms. 1 single bed is placed in the large bedroom as needed.
The supply of a baby cot is possible on request.

We loved Old Nice!

We loved our stay and the location! The tram was very close, the balcony a quaint place to sit, kitchen facilities excellent and Old Nice shops and dining options incredible. Ear plugs may be handy, as the noises from the streets below at night travelled. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Loved staying here for 6 nights. The apartment is very spacious and has a cute balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped if you need to cook, although there are dozens of great restaurants within 5 mins walk. It’s perfectly positioned with great access to the beach, tram line and shops. Only thing to note is we stayed during summer and despite fans it got very hot inside (air flow was virtually nonexistent), so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to hotter weather.

The property was one of the larger in the old town with a good size balcony, for eating out and watching the world go by. Inside the owner had taken great care in having thought of everything that you need from a home away from home. More than enough towels,dish towels etc. There is a small shop 30 metres from the front door with a good selection of groceries. On arrival we were met by owner who showed us how to work all the amenities. Everything was spotless and in good condition. The old town is a busy lively place with lots cafes and restaurants. It’s definitely a place to visit, but even better to stay in. The only down side is it gets a bit noisy at night. Would I recommend this property to anyone, yes. Would I go back to this property, definitely.

Vores værtspar er fantastiske rare mennesker og meget hjælpsomme. Vi var forsinket og ankom først til lejligheden kl. 22.00. Værten ventede tålmodigt på os og hjalp os til rette med opholdet. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk anywhere and close to the water. Little noisy but we used white noise machines to drown out the nightlife. Host is super friendly and kind!

Large apartment fully equipped in excellent location

This apartment is centrally located. You have absolutely everything you need within walking distance. There’s a tram about half a block away. The apartment itself is very large. It accommodated our group of 5 adults perfectly. Heater worked great. The washing machine is a plus. It is very well equipped and the host responds right away. As it is in a central area, if you are a light sleeper, earplugs will totally solve any noise issue. Hope to be back soon.

Nice place & great location

We had a nice and pleasant stay. All pictures do it justice, a renovated apartment in an old town building, which has everything you need. Communication with Jean-Michele and Annie before and during our stay was good. Nothing to complain and the location is great for exploring Nice and the area. It can, however, get noisy outside at night. Not only from the bar across the street (which was closed on most nights of our stay) but in general if people or groups are outside in the street. Depending how sensitive to noise one is while sleeping, better bring earplugs.

After our flight landed, we took the tram as our host suggested, but our map was old and had few trams on it. We had an address, but our wifi wasn't working on roaming so the host's messages didn't reach us. We finally found the old town and went to the town hall to find a map and ask where our flat was. The street was a small alley less than 100m long and very difficult to find. Our host said it was 100m from the tram stop, but in which direction? He met us at the flat and let us in. I took a photo of the map showing the location of the street and sent it to the host. I suggest that he send it to guests to they can find the flat without spending two hours in the heat in fruitless searching with heavy luggage. We had to ask for the third bed, which was locked in a cupboard. I found it very comfortable and put it in the living room so we each had our own bedroom. Who would expect three elderly ladies who are friends, but not That friendly to share two double beds? The keys belong in a museum. They are very difficult to use - not for the arthritic. New locks are needed. The old town is full of character, but is also very noisy at night. The double glazing helped to cut some of the noise, but partying all night and shouting at 3am is not helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a very well stocked book case. We enjoyed our stay in Nice, but it could have been less stressful. Ellen

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Jean Michel ist ein toller Gastgeber und war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet sauber, groß und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Lage ist super. Zum Schlafen haben wir immer die Ventilatoren eingeschaltet, da der Nachtclub manchmal doch recht laut war. Mit Ventilator war dann aber alles super. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, eine klare Empfehlung.

Old Nice

The apartment is excellent, clean, well provided. The most gracious and helpful host. No air conditioning, but that did not bother us, because the tall buildings around prevent the sun from reaching your windows. There were two inconveniences: mosquitoes and noise. For the mosquitoes one must come prepared with sprays. The noise, though, is unbelievable, coming from all the restaurants and pubs open until 3am. The location is very nice for the proximity to beaches, shops and touristic attractions, but the price is lack of sleep.

Old Nice

Lovely, spacious apartment. The only drawback was the club beneath the bedroom windows, but good earplugs help with that. What I liked most about the apartment was the location. It is in old town Nice but just a block from newer Nice. It is convenient to the tram, the beach, grocery stores, the post office.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay in this apartment. It’s located in the the Old Town area of Nice, a short walk to the beach and great for restaurants, shopping and exploring the architecture. There is also a tram stop very close and our kids loved the local park. It’s a busy area so not for those who need it silent at night, although we found we got used to it and the apartment is double glazed so that helped a lot. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. The host was really helpful and very understanding when our arrival time kept changing due to strikes affecting our flights. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend the property.
