This home sleeps 11: spacious master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with twin bunk bed, 4th bedroom with full size bed; first floor living room has a self-inflating queen air mattress. Fold-up twin bed available for use on either floor. All new large kitchen- great for family cooking, new appliances. Dining table for 8 plus seating for up to 7 at counter in same area. New furnishings throughout, plus games, books and foosball table! 3 full baths (2 on 2nd floor, 1 on 1st). View seasonal fireworks from the large outdoor back deck with table, chairs, gas grill; outdoor games. Cute large covered side porch for those rainy days or just to enjoy morning coffee. Pond Hockey Classic Weekend!

Awesome home near Weirs Beach

We stayed in Christine’s home for a bachelorette weekend and it was great. The house was clean and spacious, with a plethora of items for our use which was very convenient! This home is a very short walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, which was beneficial and allowed for us to not travel by car much this weekend. This is one of the best rentals I have been in and would stay again.

This was our friend group’s first time in the area and this property is the exact place you want to stay. Walking distance from everything you could want out of Weirs beach, spacious/cozy/clean house, and the host was accommodating and so incredibly kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home rental. Everything was perfect!

Great Place and Host!

Our group had a great time at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and had a nice open floor plan so everyone in our group could interact with one another. Beautiful Home!

Our stay was wonderful. Christine is the perfect hostess, responsive, accommodating and above all prepared! Anything you may need is available. She even gave excellent suggestion for the area on where to eat and what to do! Hit up zip lining at Gunstock nearby, the kids loved it!

Best place by the lake

The house was amazing! There were so many included details that helped make our stay incredible- the wagon, the fire pit, the foosball table! The first thing everyone said when they walked in was how great the house was and how impressed they were that I found it! The house was clean, Christine was responsive, and they had everything we could need in the perfect location.

Great stay and overall experience

House was well-equipped, communication with owners was excellent, and we had a great stay. If you want to be in downtown Weirs Beach this is the place to stay as it is literally a 3min walk to get to arcade area and eateries, or perhaps a 10min walk to the beach. Thank you!

Great house, great location

Charming older, very clean and well equipped home. You can always tell when an owner is thoughtful about the guest experience - this is definitely one of those owners! Literally right around the corner from all that Weirs Beach has to offer. My teens and their friends had a blast hanging out at the beach, arcades, pier, etc...

Beautiful Home

We had a great time in the Weirs Beach area. This home was only 15 mins from Gunstock and close to several restaurants & shops. Our family of 4 had more than enough room to spread out. We'd love to come back in the summer - the home is so close to Weirs Beach and would make for a great summer vacation.

Labor Day Getaway

This property exceeded expectations. The gathering areas on the first floor were more spacious than depicted. Check in was a breeze, and the property was walking distance to all the attractions. We were fortunate to hear some live music from the deck over the weekend too. Great rental!

Awesome!

We had a great time. The location is perfect for the Weirs experience. Very close to all the lakeside activities. The house is very nice and we had fun playing foosball and games while we weren’t at the beach. The host was great to deal with and they also have a house next door we rented which is very nice as well. Highly recommended if you’re going to Winnepausakee!

Great location and lots of character!

The house is very nicely updated downstairs. A good set-up with plenty of space for small groups. Great location, right near Weirs Beach! The hosts and manager of the property are both extremely communicative and fast to respond to any messages. The bathrooms and heating system could use some updating. Wonderful Winni Week

My family enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the lake. The house was comfortable, very clean and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. The live music from the neighboring bar was delightful on Saturday and Sunday but then the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the remainder of the week. We loved the central location to the popular spots and much enjoyed morning walks on the Weirs beach boardwalk. we absolutely would return for a stay in the future!

Weir’s Beach

We had a great stay at Christine and Wade’s house. The house was clean and organized. The location was downtown walking distance to the whole beach center. Why they chose this property

When we first walked the area around this house we loved the quaint cottages. We easily made our way to the beautiful lake, sat on the boardwalk, and saw all sorts of activity in town. This house had a comforting feel to it inside, a large yard and "barn". It was on a street that was just a touch away from the main activities. We could still hear the local music playing in the backyard! It was all so enjoyable. We were new to reno work, so we dove in and started to update this 1940's cottage to keep the charm, but to make it new again. At one point it had been converted to a duplex and we wanted to revert it to the original floor plan. We now have photos in a booklet at the house depicting some of the undertakings that we did and finding nice surprises of gorgeous original fir and oak floors!
