Situation: on the outskirts of the town. It is in a high area that gives great views of the rest of the town, the countryside and the Sierra Nevada.
Access by car to the house and parking area.
About 100 meters there is a small sports center and a park. It's a very quite zone.
Type of construction: newly built house but containing several rustic elements typical of this region.
Rooms: two floors: on the ground floor there is a living / dining room, a kitchen, a toilet, and a patio with barbecue. On the top floor: two double bedrooms and a double bedroom. A full bathroom and a terrace.
