This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with a 180° view of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This home is newly constructed and showcases a farmhouse design. Located south of St. Elmo, this destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

This home has a full kitchen that includes dishes, cookware, and a dishwasher along with a laundry machine and dryer. It has a nice spacious front deck to enjoy the view from throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front. There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Please note that the oven in this kitchen is older and may take some time to preheat if you are planning on cooking.

***There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs unit. There is no access to the other units inside. Each unit has their own private and separate entrance.

This property sits on top of a hill. There is an asphalt driveway that leads to the top with plenty of parking available.

Good family choice

Our family of 11 had plenty of space. Loved the outlay of the house and the property in general. Hot water was out in one part of the house and it was fixed right away.

Graduation Trip

My son graduated from Covenant College. My daughter and her family, my son and daughter-in-love, my mother, my husband and I were able to stay there very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and the location was convenient for going to Chattanooga. The driveway was a little daunting, but luckily we didn’t encounter any cars on the way up or down. I would come back!

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our time. Perfect for our family and close to our relatives in Chattanooga. Would be nice to have a working ice maker but we managed and would return without hesitation.

Great property, spacious house

The size of the property, the house and the location make Will Manor the perfect rental for a family Chattanooga vacation. My young children found places to play together and separately. My son and I used the spacious yard to play baseball. … The location requires about 20 minutes to downtown and about 15 minutes more to most hiking spots. We like the peacefulness of being outside of town though. … I would recommend the property to young families.

Nice place, had some minor issues

It was clean and had great communication with the manager, and appreciated the maintenance man (Cliff) . We did have some issues with one of the showers and toilet not working properly, also the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. But they came and brought us ice and tried to fix the bathroom.

Touch the sky

Staying at the perfect property is probably one of the most (if not THE most) important decisions for any family trip. River City Rentals absolutely delivered with their beautiful Main House on Hemlock Hill! 1) The property itself was a perfect representation of Chattanooga Valley! It felt like touching the sky every time we set foot outside. Driving up the mountain road added to the experience of reaching a paradise on the precipice of the hill (Low gear helps!). The home itself is very unique and custom feeling with more than enough space for all of us. Kindly thought out decorations add to the charm (as well as the kind welcome with Moon Pies!). 2). The location was perfect for all the main attractions we wanted to experience. About a 10-15 min drive max to all our excursions meant we were close enough for convenience, yet secluded enough for comfort. 3). The hosts are AMAZING! Brianna was always kind when we called or emailed, and Renee stopped by the property a few times to check on us. Such a sweet and efficient team! One minor thing to prepare for: The fridge ice maker and water dispenser were not fully functional during our stay, so have some water bottles and bags of ice with you if needed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope we can stay at this property again on our next Chattanooga adventure! Thank you River City Rentals!

A must to know everything about a place for a week stay

Location and view are the top plus. A must know of a very steep drive for Floridians like us. It was very difficult with the tight curve right at the top. The house has a lot of character and with that comes the squeaky floors, very old smelly kitchen cabinets. I was so disappointed that the two fireplaces, that one of the main reasons for choosing this property, one is a do not use and the other is good luck getting it to work. A not working water/ice fridge (not told about the water part) had to buy water for 9 people x 7 days. The fact that if you don’t have all of the property rented by your family or friends, you have total strangers right in your face. Beds are comfortable. 4th bedroom is extremely hot. There are no closets in any of the rooms except the large closet in the main bedroom, so you must share. Plenty of towels, toiletries and supplies. We arrived and the AC filters were so dirty that our allergies were at it’s worst. Called and they came the next day with new ones. A must to be aware; the check in emails come from the management company and I didn’t recognize it. It’s important because all information come from them. The house needs better WiFi. Couldn’t work from most parts of the house. Details and comfort are key in a week or longer stay.

Nice location & space

We stayed here for a long weekend with friends and kids (6 adults and 5 children) and the space was comfortable. The location is beautiful, the views are definitely as advertised. It is very convenient to local activities. The only feedback is that the kitchen really doesn't provide all the basics. Such as mixing bowls. We wanted to cook large dinners each evening and realized how difficult that would be with no larger bowls so we actually ended up purchasing a few and leaving them behind because without them we could not make basic things. Also the pack and play that comes with the property does not have the correct size mattress pad (it is too small) so technically it is not sleep safe for babies. I would still recommend bringing your own unless it is replaced.

FRIENDS REUNION* AWESOME HOUSE! REALLY NICE!

We thoroughly enjoyed this stay! We were a group of 10 friends coming in from all over the country to hang out for the weekend. We really enjoyed our time here. The house has a farmhouse decor vibe to it, very clean and homey. We were greated upon entry to a large plate of delicious moon pies. There is a nice washer and dryer. We all hung out on the little deck that has a gorgeous peephole view that looks out to the mountains. The VRBO next to us was also rented that weekend. There was probably 9 cars total parked out there but with some rearranging a little we all made it work fine. We were never disturbed by the people next door at all and they also had about 10 people. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash are in the showers already and bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels. Keurig with plenty of Kcups for your coffee. Spices in the cabinet. Beautiful bathroom in the master bedroom. I had a few questions and within minutes Matt had responded and was extremely helpful! The house has a binder with some local recommendations in the area as well. The only cons I would say are There is not a grill. The driveway would scare me in winter months if it was icy. It is rather steep incline and small path, but all of our vehicles made it up there fine. There is a walmart and Food Lion less than 15 minutes from the house and some other things in the area. Overall renting, communication, location, was great! 10/10 would stay again!
