Caparica Flat - Beach & Surf all around the year!

Refurbished apartment in the center of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes away from downtown Lisbon and the international airport by car or public transportation.

On the 4th floor, with lift access, the apartment has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, fully furnished and a well-equipped brand new kitchenette and a modern bathroom. It Also has a lovely balcony with plenty of natural light ideal for breakfast. Towels and linens are provided.
It is equipped with air-conditioner, TV and Internet.

At your doorstep you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and the market place. The Bus Stop to Lisbon or to one of the biggest shopping centers in the area is reachable on a two-minute walk.

You can rent a bicycle or go surfing, windsurfing, golfing, bird watching, and much more, all in the surrounding area.

Costa da Caparica is Considered for many as the national capital of surfing, kite surfing and body boarding. Two of the best golf courses in Portugal in the vicinity - Aroeira I and Aroeira II.

2) Please be respectful of our neighbors. In parties. In loud noises after 22:00 at night.
3) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the rental rental or for any lost or stolen items.
4) Do not move the furniture.

Perfect getaway a few minutes from the beach
Kids went surfing and had a blast while we discovered the area. Short fary ride or car ride to Lisbon. The beaches were amazing and loved the early morning walks along them.

schöne Ferienwohnung für entspannten Urlaub
Wir wurden bereits im Vorfeld gut auf unsere Ankunft und den Check-In mit ausreichend Informationen vorbereitet. Die Anreise vom Flughafen läuft Dank öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel auch problemlos. Die Ferienwohnung ist vollkommen in Ordnung, sehr sauber, hat alles was man braucht und was sie hier verspricht. Für uns das einzige Manko: die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Aber das stört ja nicht jeden. :-) Pluspunkt: Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Hofseite und nicht an der Straße. Zum Strand sind es 5min zu Fuß - perfekt. Ins Zentrum von Lissabon sind es 30 min mit dem Bus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Caparica ist eine angenehm schöne kleine Ferienregion, die zum Abschalten einlädt.

Our stay was filled with comfort; enjoying the neighbourhood, the walk to the beach, the views from the window. It was a pleasure to stay and the support from the owner was much appreciated. Also, the caretaker was so kind.

Schöne Wohnung,Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Dusche war verstopft, Wasser lief nicht ab.Ansosnten sehr netter Kontakt, Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung! Alles gut gelaufen!
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Räume waren bei der Ankunft sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alle Geräte und Maschinen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Nachbarn waren zwar ab und an ein bisschen Laut aber ansonsten war alles Super!

It was absolutely okay. It was very clean and the flat for 2 persons was good. The only thing is the flat is not quiet, there are a little bit loud (airplane, neighbors, Fitnesscenter,...).

perfect!
this is the best apartment i have ever been in CdC. It has everything, very modern. It is in the center od town, supermarket is just across the street, bus station is in front of the building and ocean is couple minutes walk. but maiin thing is onwer! nice welcome with bottle of wine. Owner is ready to answer any stupid question :-) response was in a minute. I really feel at home. i will come back for sure.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement idéalement situé à proximité des transports vers Lisbonne et sa région, et à 5 minutes des plages. Attention à l'adresse : l'appartement est situé dans la ville de Costa de Caparica, district de Setubal. L'adresse indiquée sur le site ABRITEL précisait Setubal, ou nous nous sommes rendus,or c'est loin de Costa Caparica. Arrivée sur place un peu compliquée donc, mais l'agence à si nous renseigner par téléphone pour nous aider à nous orienter. La suite du séjour à été parfaite !

Buen apartamento en Costa Caparica
El apartamento es tal cual aparece en el anuncio, pequeñito pero con todos tipo de detalles. Cocina completa, baño recientemente reformado, wifi, colchón confortable, etc. Fácil comunicación con el dueño. El apartamento tiene un supermercado cruzando la calle y la playa está a un paseo caminado.

Wunderbare Auszeit in Caparica und Portugal
Grossartiger Herbst mit viel Sonnenschein und aufregenden Wellen. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und man lebt zusammen mit Portugiesen in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Lissabon.

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine, c’était parfait A proximité de tous commerces, bars, restaurants, magasins de souvenirs. Malgré la situation actuelle tous les magasins sont ouvert jusqu’à 23h voir minuit. C’est très agréable, l’appartement est propre et très jolie, nous avons adoré ce séjour N’hésitez surtout pas à y aller.
