Splendorous 2bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop its one block away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a full bed and a full sofa bed. Full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Good short stays apartment

Pretty good renovated apartment however the building itself is quite old. Steps away to bus stop and supermarket. Have self laundry facility. Overall we had good short stays at Claudia's place. Thank you for hosting us.Claudia's.

Outstanding for a trip to NYC

Stayed at this property for several days of sightseeing in New York City. The property owner was extremely responsive and very helpful before during and after the stay. Definitely recommend!

Super nice apartment beats all expectations

Really nice place, easy to find and relatively close to NY. You get the “at home” feeling and a completely best experience than a hotel room. If you just follow the suggestions from the apt owner you’ll have no problems at all since she got it all figured out. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. The convenience of a grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants and a bus stop that takes you right to the heart of New York City made for a great trip. We visited from Utah and Claudia's amazing communication and helpful tips were invaluable. Would totally stay in this cute condo again!! Thank you!!

Apartment itself was very nice and clean. Claudia always answered messages in a timely manner. We had to cut our trip short due to me getting called back to work and she was understanding. Nice apartment.

It was a little hard to find, but was perfect. The beds were so nice, clean place. Could walk to the store and food and close to the freeways. Claudia answered at 11:00 at night to help us find the apartment. Would stay again if in the area.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Unit was cute, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with just about everything we needed! Location is convenient to multiple local businesses, as well as transportation. My only complaint was parking, but mainly because we had a large vehicle, but that wouldn’t stop us from visiting again. Thanks a bunch, to Claudia and Richie...it was a pleasure!

Apt nice claudia good but building poorly maintained !

The apt was Nice. Recently renovated. Clean. Claudia was very accessible. BUT, the building itself was very poorly maintained. First of all the parking spaces were very poorly numbered. Almost impossible to read them to find your space. Then the building entrance door had a broken lock and No barrier To anyone to who wanted to enter. But the kicker is that we got STuCK in an elevator on the way out. The elevator was clearly never maintained. When checking in the elevator did not line up with the door which should have been a red flag. But at 6:00 am we checked out and got stuck. Luckily Claudia was available and we called her and she called the landlord to get us out but it was scary to be trapped . For that reason it gets a very bad rating . I could never recommend it to anyone and would never stay there again due to the poor

Weekend getaway

Everything we had expected. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Good location , close to restaurants or the grocery store. . I quick ride into New York. Claudia was always quick with responding and very clear with directions. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place to Vacation

Claudia was extremely helpful in all aspects. This is a great apartment which I would recommend to all friends and family. The access to the New York bound bus makes it extremely easy and convenient to go to New York and back.

Property was nice and clean. The only downfall was it is apartment living so you will hear noises from the upstairs tenants. They were quite noisy at times.

Everything was as described and we didn’t need anything during our stay. The place were nice and clean and it was big enough for the two of us and maybe a couple more. Claudia and her cousin was kind and available for any question you might have. I recommend this stay :-)

Great apartment

My experience at Claudia's apartment was great. Everything thing a guest would need was thought out and provided. Everything is within a block from the apartment. There is a very big and nice supermarket a block to the right of the apartment. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment. There is pretty much everything there. The apartment itself looks brand new with newest and latest appliances, colors and touch. I will definitely be going back to Claudia's apartment. I recommended her apartment to friends and family already.

A very comfortable stay

The accommodations were excellent. The building was older and we weren't sure when we arrived what we should expect when we entered, but the suite was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The two bedrooms were very comfortable. We did have a fifth person who slept on the couch and that was less comfortable than the beds for sure. The transportation to and from New York was just as described. The bus to the Port Authority ran often and the stop was literally just outside the apartment. We rarely had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a bus. Getting home was a little less convenient because the busses from the Port Authority ran far less frequently and needed to be timed appropriately. Help was available from Claudia and her cousin when needed when we weren't quite sure where we were going. Overall it was an excellent experience!
