Our Cape Coral vacation home is the perfect setting to make memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you like to explore by boat / bike / foot / car or just want privacy to relax in a spacious comfortable home, this is your place!

The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen provide the opportunity for everyone to stay connected whether watching tv, playing board games, or cooking and eating dinner. The wall of sliding doors out to the screened in porch extend this large living area outside too. The porch features an additional dining area and comfortable seating.

Step outside to the heated pool to find yourself in an outdoor oasis. The solar (with electric back-up) heated infinity pool looks out to the beautifully landscaped yard and the Malaluka Canal. The pool features a table and seats with an umbrella as well as a shallow area for lounging. There is also a large gas grill available for the days you want to cook outside.

There is plenty of space and several chairs on the pool deck or boat dock to lounge in the warm Florida sun. The covered boat lift is available at certain times of the year for your personal boat. There is also plenty of room to tie up a rental boat up to 40’ at the dock. The ride is only a few minutes out to the Caloosahatchee River with no bridges along the way. There are also 2 single person kayaks available for guests to use.

Back inside the house, the split floor plan provides privacy between the master bedroom and 2 guest rooms. The master suite features a Sleep Number king bed, large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower. It also has sliding doors out to the screened-in porch. The first guest bedroom features a king bed. The second guest bedroom features a twin bed with the ability to pull out a second twin bed. The guest bathroom features a dual-headed shower and a jetted tub. A walk-in laundry room is spacious with an additional wash basin and storage. The home will easily accommodate families, couples, or singles traveling together.

This home is in the Yacht Club neighborhood, so the community beach, playground, tennis, community pool, and boat ramp are all nearby. The Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill at the Yacht Club provides a close casual waterfront dining option.
