first floor apartment with private garden, very quiet, comfortable and convenient, it is located on a closed road with very little traffic and no noise. it is about 150-200 meters wide beaches partly made of sand, rocks and pebbles (beaches 'Hawk' and 'Big Blue'). There is the possibility to use a private garage with lift (to be discussed separately) .It is ideal for enjoying the sea, even during the mass exodus. It offers excellent opportunities for recreation, rest, or participation in major events. It is in an ideal location for exploring the French Riviera in Provence, near Monaco, near Nice and Cannes.

C'était très agréable... Le garage ne convient pas aux très grandes voitures... mais il y avait toujours suffisamment de places de parking "zone bleue"... L'appartement était très propre... petit mais agréable... propriétaire sympa

Bel emplacement

Un très bon séjour

J'ai choisi ce studio pour visiter la côte de Menton à Nice et j'y ai passé 2 semaines très agréables. Un accueil chaleureux, près de toutes les villes tout en étant au calme, proximité de 2 plages et j'ai également apprécié la vue sur la mer et le mini jardin même si l'arbre de la photo n'existe plus....

Einfach aber nette Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage und freundlichen Vermietern. Parkplatz vorhanden und inklusive, leider aber keine Bettwäsche, keine Küchen-Koch-Zutaten wie Salz, Öl vorhanden. Sonst alles sehr gut.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft

Ich kann den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen nur zustimmen, es lief alles völlig problemlos und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ab. Vito und Sarah sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Onlinebilder könnten mal erneuert werden, das Bett steht mittlerweile auf der anderen Seite und sehr positiv der rote grosse Kühlschrank. Den Baum draussen hat's nicht mehr und die Hecke ist mittlerweile höher :-) Aber das sind nur Details. Die Garage und Stellplatz ist sehr eng, aber ist da wohl baulich so bedingt. Je nach Fahrzeug kann man da schon seine Probleme haben mit Grösse und rangieren. Aber ansonsten alles Tip Top und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Danke Vito und Sarah für eure herzliche, feundliche Gastfreundschaft. Komme gerne mal wieder.

Great location

The flat is close to the very nice beach. Close to the train and the bus. Corna is lovely and helpful. Balcony has fabulous view. Quiet apartment with lovely atmosphere.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans ce studio confortable et tres calme, avec une terrasse privative sur la mer et le paysage magnifique Les propriétaires sont charmants sympathiques, et nous sommes très bien accueillis.

Super Lage

Strand ist 3 min weg aber dahin zu gelangen mussten wir durch ein stinkige Tunnel ansonsten gab es nichts zum aussetzen , Appartement hatte alles was man für Täglichen Bedarf braucht , Ausblick fantastisch .

Séjour inoubliable dans le calme vue la situation du logement, proximité de la mer et des points stratégiques à visiter. Logement fonctionnel et confortable. Ottima location molto tranquilla

Bella posizione, situato con una splendida vista propio sopra la spiaggia du Golfe Bleu, una piccola scalinata per il bus e 10 min dalla stazione dei treni. Vito e Sara gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. Consiglio vivamente!!!
