Come and enjoy our beautiful apartment on the beach facing the lagoon. Restaurants, market, beaches, bakery downtown St Leu within walking distance. 3 air conditioned bedrooms, good quality mattresses, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the sea. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and ice machine. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dryer and a flat screen TV. Lawn area at the bottom of the apartment on the beach n waiting for your towel to lie in the sun!

séjour à Saint Leu

L'appartement est bien situé (on peut aller à pied au centre de St Leu) et il est bien conçu, avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains indépendantes. Les équipements (lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle ..) fonctionnent bien mais il manque un mode d'emploi! Un fer à repasser serait utile lors d'un séjour un peu long, et le ménage pourrait être mieux fait. Mais nous avons passé de très bons moments et beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

Merveilleuses vacances à Saint Leu!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour du 24 juillet au 7 août 2024, au duplex au bord du lagon. L’appartement est tout à fait fidèle à l’annonce, il est très propre et bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles. Nous Avons pu profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil et avons pu voir des baleines depuis la terrasse ! Nous conseillons vivement !

Une semaine à Saint-Leu face à la mer...

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le duplex d'Anouk et Laurent. Très fonctionnel nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons passé de très agréables soirées sur la terrasse face à la mer. Très beaux endroits à proximité à visiter, avec de très beaux couchers de soleil. Accueil très bien organisé. A recommander !

Les pieds dans l'eau

Sur la plage, avec les vagues, les couches de soleil, le confort des espaces, la clim, une bonne literie,... la cordialité des hôtes. Tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi!

Très agréable séjour

Un accueil attentionné et disponible de la part de Laurent. L'appartement est très bien situé en ouverture directe sur l'océan et le centre de St Leu est accessible à pied par la route. C'est une location d'un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Excellent séjour, location à retenir

Location super agréable, terrasse avec vue imprenable sur l'océan, coucher de soleil magique. Nous étions 3 couples, nous avons apprécié le confort des 3 chambres et 2 salles d'eau et WC indépendants et le confort de l'appartement. Laurent a été très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Vue imprenable de la terrasse sur l’océan. Nous recommandons cette location aux vacanciers qui désirent se rendre à Saint Leu.

Notre séjour à st Leu s est très bien déroulé, l appartement a tout se qu il faut pour passer des vacances agréables. Les proprietaires sont disponibles facilement si besoin. Vue magnifique sur l ocean on ne s en lasse pas

Alles super gelaufen! Gerne wieder

Perfekt für 3 Pärchen. Alles sauber. Da nur ein Handtuch pro Person vorhanden war, haben wir uns auch über die Waschmaschine und den Trockner gefreut. Super Lage, kurz vor Saint-Leu und somit ist die Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar (10 min. vom wöchentlichen Markt am Samstag entfern). Gegessen wird auf dem Balkon inkl. Ozeanblick. Bei uns hat das Wetter und der Ventilator immer mitgemacht ;) Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Dem Vermieter war immer super! Schnell und Hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder

Ein Träumchen direkt am Meer...

Super-Kommunikation von Anfang an, beste Lage direkt am Meer, zugkräftige Klimaanlagen und eine perfekte Sonnenuntergangs-Loggia. Dazu Sarahs-Beach-Restaurant mit Meeresrauschen - und -blick sowie erstklassige andere Restaurants fußläufig. Am Wochenende Strandkonzerte - und natürlich das Wanderparadies. Was will man mehr?

Fantastic apartment

Spacious and clean apartment. Equipped with many useful amenities for a holiday stay. Fantastic terrace with sea view. The owners are very kind and also available for tourist information. If you are a paraglider like us, the apartment is very suitable for the proximity to the landing.
