You will love staying at this modern, clean and beautiful townhome that is conveniently located right in the heart of Garden City! Bear Lake Escapes was built in 2019, which means that you know you will be arriving in a beautiful home that has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!

We know that parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles you may bring.

Located in the heart of Garden City, this home puts you in the best place to make memories with family and friends while on your vacation. The Utah Marina is only a couple miles away, the public pickeball courts are across the street, there are many points of beach access within a 15 minute drive, the new grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, and you are within walking distance of almost all of the restaurants and shops. Enjoy all of these things during the day, and then walk only 2 blocks in to enjoy a famous raspberry shake in the evening!

We know that it is important to know that everyone in your party will have a place to sleep. For your convenience in planning, here is the bed arrangement in each of the rooms:
Master: King, Futon (sleeps 4)
Upstairs Bedroom 1: queen (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bedroom 2: two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, each with a trundle (sleeps 6)
Living Room: pull out couch (sleeps 2)

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ease of renting adjacent units. There are a total of 16 almost identical units in this development and we manage all of them. Spacious home

Beds were Comfortable. Had everything we needed. We were able to leave on our mini bikes to the trails straight from the property.

Great place, bad mattresses

Everything was great, except the mattresses were so ridiculously firm, no one slept well. That alone will probably prevent us from booking here again. If you like firm mattresses, this place is for you.

Disappointed

The town home is clean and in a good location. It's easy to get to and the owner got right back to me when I needed something. We picked this place because comfortable beds are important to us and they described the beds as 'sleeps 14, with top of the line beds and bedding'. I am an interior designer so I know good bedding. The king and queen beds were comfortable with good bedding, the rest was so horrible all the adults opted to sleep on the floor versus the mattresses because after the 1st night they all had horrible back and neck pain. The mattresses twins were barely springs with cloth covering them. The other frustrating part that was in the listing, is it lays out the beds for you, but there was not enough bedding for the pullout sofa or the futon, no sheets or comforters. I reached out to the owner, he responded right away , and said they would bring sheets but they did not supply the 2 comforters. He said there were some extra blankets in the closet. The blankets are the cheapest of the cheap, itchy, and super thin, they were not what you would use as a comforter. The listing advertised as beds for 14, I would think it would include the bedding for all of them. They did have extra pillows for the beds, but no pillow cases. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Good Location - Could use some improvement

Overall our stay was great for what we needed. A few things we loved - the location! It's close to all the restaurants and main attractions in Garden City. We walked to dinner each night. The AC worked really well, it was refreshing after a long hot day at the lake. They offer different pillow options in the master closet. A few things renter should be aware of - this is a development area. There was construction early each morning and we could hear it. The AC in the master bedroom lacked the most and we got really hot each night. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was hair all over the guest bathroom and the duvet in the queen bedroom looked a little dirty. It states there's basic kitchen cooking supplies but we found an empty salt/pepper shaker, garlic salt, cumin, and sliced beets. I would definitely bring your own if you're planning to cook. The shampoo is also something you should skip and bring your own. It'd be nice if there was a fan available too. Lastly, we unfortunately had to check out late the night before because they couldn't accommodate a 10:30am checkout versus a 10:00am and we had a virtual work meeting we couldn't end early. That flexibility was a bummer. But if you're looking for a good spacious rental with great location, this is great! We're also Airbnb/VRBO hosts and these small changes could really improve someones stay.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location in the heart of Garden City was perfect for our family’s activities (time at Rendezvous Beach, hiking, access to restaurants, and pickleball courts across the street from the unit, which we discovered upon our arrival). The owners were very helpful and responsive. The unit accommodated our large family and we’d definitely stay here again, but now we know what to bring next time: beach towels, pickleball paddles and balls, and more shampoo and soap—which you’ll want to bring if you are staying more than one night or have a large family (the samples provided don’t last long).

Great Location!!

The home was close to the the main square of garden city! Short walks to any restaurant or lake views! The home was big enough to easily fit our whole family and well decorated! We enjoyed the binder left with all the activities and restaurants nearby! Thank you!

Weekend in Bear Lake

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Bear Lake. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only thing I would have liked would have been a grill. We were hoping to BBQ some steaks for dinner. The photos showed a grill. I know the description said the photos were stock photos so I'd hoped that that there would be a BBQ. The location was close to the downtown area of Garden City and we were able to walk to get one of the famous raspberry shakes!

Great Bear Lake Condo

This is a great property. It is clean and lots of room and close to the Lake and the town. Just a few issues. The garage is not long enough to fit a truck. There is also really no where to park a boat. Also this property is so new that it doesn't come up on google maps. So a few directions with the check in information would be helpful. Also Just FYI the fridge makes a weird sound often.

Great house but we were a little disappointed

The home was very nice! The check in/out process was very easy. Depending on your group, this could be the perfect place for you! The listing said there were 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other two with at least a queen each. We had 3 couples so this set up would have been ideal. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms only had 2 sets of bunk beds, no queen, so one of the couples had to sleep in different beds. Definitely disappointing! Especially since, on the listing, there were 3 pictures of bedrooms. Looking through them quickly, we didn’t realize 2 of the pictures were of the master at different angles and there were no pictures of the third bedroom with the bunk beds. Very misleading! We enjoyed every other aspect though!

Great place

Everything was great about this property. It's brand new and very clean. We didn't realize the property didn't have a pool. It said communal pool, so we took that to mean a pool for the condo community. Instead, there is a public pool across the street that you can pay to get into. It is within walking distance to Bear Lake Blvd. so you can easily walk to get groceries, shakes etc. Great location. The outdoor space isn't completed yet. We're excited to come back when pickleball courts are done across the street. There are 2 bedrooms for adults, and 6 beds in the kids room so it's a good place for a large family or 2 small families.

Modern and clean town house

This town house was great! Brand new and very clean with modern and high end amenities. It’s walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach when the lake isn’t quite so high. We will definitely be returning!
