It's just a 2-minute drive from Hwy 121 and Stacy, and is conveniently close to Walmart and the Allen Premium Outlets. There are also plenty of fantastic restaurants and shopping options nearby, with Historic Downtown McKinney just 10 minutes away. The Ford Center & Toyota Stadium in Frisco are a 15-minute drive from the property.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of seating and gathering space throughout the house.
