Quiet neighborhood, opposite the Parc des Corbières, its beach, near the historic site of Solidor Tower and its beaches, the city of Alet where the view is sumptuous. Bars, restaurants, market and shops of St Servan are within walking distance in just a few minutes, as well as the ramparts of St Malo. Parking is free.
