Our apartment is located on the top floor of this brand new construction. It is being finalized and will be delivered in early November 2018. It will therefore be completely finished for the new winter season. It is entirely Ski on, departure and return. Pedestrian access allows you to get off at the station easily.
With an area of 53m² on the ground to which is added a mezzanine of 28m² under slopes, it is entirely designed to accommodate 8 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room, directly overlooking the bay window and its sumptuous view of the Arves needles and the resort, this little cocoon will seduce you with its living comfort. At the bottom of the building, you will find a ski locker for storing shoes, skis, poles and snowshoes as well as a large closed garage and a parking space.

La Toussuire is one of the resorts of the great Sybelles ski area, in the Maurienne valley in the heart of the Alps. The bottom of the station is located at 1750m above sea level, so it benefits from excellent snow cover. Especially since the Sybelles area is the 4th largest ski area in France with these 310km of slopes, it is made up of the following resorts: La Toussuire, Les Bottières, Le Corbier, Saint Sorlin d'Arves, Saint Jean d ' Arves, Saint Colomban les Villards).
