Wonderful stay
Nice relaxing stay. Yvan and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Property was clean, parking space was helpful. We enjoyed our time in Juan-les-Pins. We plan to come back.

Great Stay in Antibes!
Our stay in Antibes was wonderful. Yvan is a most attentive host, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay! Would highly recommend this apartment, great location, facilities for families etc!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful residence
A really great apartment with 3 good sized double bedrooms. Close to all amenities and the beach, the pool is really beautiful and we also made good use of the tennis courts. We had a lovely holiday and we will hopefully return.

Great apartment and location
We had a lovely stay in Juan les Pins in Yvan’s apartment. Great location with the beach, train station, supermarkets and the town within 10-15 min walk. The apartment was excellent. It was really spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday. Lots to keep the kids entertained at the complex with the swimming pool, table football and table tennis (there are also tennis courts but we didn’t use those). Yvan was a great host and we would definitely come back!

Urlaub in bester Lage
Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist einmalig. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und wir haben es vor allem abends genossen, am Strand zu sitzen oder auf der Promenade spazieren zu gehen. Restaurants gibt es zahlreich. Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool hat unseren kleineren Kindern viel Spaß bereitet und wir Erwachsenen konnten unsere Bahnen ziehen. Wir konnten den Pool oft ganz allein nutzen. Ausflugsziele wie das Marinaland, Nizza und Cannes sind schnell zu erreichen. Es steht ein komfortabler Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet. Den großen Balkon haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Der Vermieter gibt zu allen Fragen schnell und umfangreich Antwort. Uns hat es hier außerordentlich gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Fabulous holiday - highly recommended
Apartment was fantastic - perfectly clean and comfortable, with a welcoming host that endeavoured to accommodate all of our needs. Facilities throughout the entire complex could not be faulted, particularly the large pool that was particularly inviting. Location was stunning - beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and a friendly little town that had just enough going on for everyone. Would highly recommend this holiday for both couples or families.

Questo appartamento e ben localizzato nel centro di Juan les Pins, vicino alle spiagge. Il quartiere e molto calmo. Ci sono due piscine e due corsi di tennis! L'appartamento é bellissimo. Il proprietario Yvan é carrissimo. Da prenotare subito! :)

Emplacement exceptionel
Spacieux appartement avec suite parentale. Propre, moderne et bien décoré. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et donne des bons conseils . Piscine, tennis, gardien, plage à quelques pas. Le top des résidences. Nous reviendrons très prochainement.
