This 3rd floor (with ELEVATOR), 3 bedroom, 2 bath updated condo includes a King Bed in the master, a Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd bedroom, vaulted ceilings in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. New 43" Smart TV in Living Room and Smart TV in Master. Each guest room has a flat screen TV. Hi-speed wireless internet! The community pool and tennis/pickleball court are only steps away.

Lakehouse Wine Bar & Grill restaurant is just a few steps from the elevator, offering excellent food and drinks. A short distance away is Morningside Marina (704-746-3753) which offers boat, jet ski and wet slip rental.

This is the perfect location on Lake Norman. Attend NASCAR events in nearby Charlotte. Visit NASCAR team shops just a short drive to Mooresville. For a great family adventure, be sure to check out the US National Whitewater Center, fun for all ages.

Great local golf courses, restaurants, museums, historical sites and towns are nearby. Beautiful Davidson College is less than 5 miles away in the historical town of Davidson!

Paddle Boards and Kayaks can be rented on the lake at Aloha Paddle Sports (704-412-2999), just 2 minutes from the condo. They also give lessons and tours.

Great stay for work and relaxation

I recently stayed at this property with my daughter for six nights, and it turned out to be the perfect place for both work and relaxation. We had business in Concord and spent some time in Charlotte over the weekend. The location was ideal—easy access to the city made the commute hassle-free. The condo is spacious and open with a good view of the lake, especially at sunset. We enjoyed several meals on the porch. Overall, great stay and we would stay here again if we return to Charlotte in the future.

Awesome property!

This is a beautiful and wonderful property! My family stayed here and the condo was perfection. It was clean and spacious and included everything we needed. The location is excellent with a peaceful and pretty view of the water. Right within walking distance was a terrific restaurant that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We could not have asked for anything more. The host was extremely responsive ... You can be assured that you will love staying here!

The Good Family

We've never stayed on or near Lake Norman before, so it was a real treat. Loved the view and the condo. We have family in/near Lincolnton and a Hickory so we were able to visit them as well. Thanks so much for our wonderful accommodations.

Cute lakefront condo

We truly enjoyed our stay from having our morning coffee on the balcony watching the wildlife to swimming everyday in the development pool! Condo was clean, perfect size for our group of 5, and the area was very quiet! Lots of great views!

Beautiful view, well appointed town home located in a great community close to everything you’ll need. My family rented three units in this complex to celebrate my youngest daughter’s nuptials. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The views are beautiful and an excellent way to start and end the day. The host was so friendly and helpful, and communication was fast. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable and the condo is stocked with most anything you could need for your stay. I look forward to another relaxing stay here. Highly recommend!

The location is perfection - easy access to many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. View of lake even in winter is lovely. The outside porch was our favorite spot. Condo was clean and well equipped. Our only complaint is that the beds are hard as rocks, but that's personal preference.

Couldn’t have been more perfect!

My family was visiting from out of the area. The condo was wonderful and the master suite was worth fighting over! Nice kitchen to prepare meals together and dining together around the large dining room table or the large balcony table. Beautiful view of the lake and nice walking area. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Fabulous communication with our host! I highly recommend.

This condo is extremely clean, attractive, and well-supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Easy and secure entrance to condo. I loved how written instructions and labels were provided to make it easier to find and use everything there. Very thoughtful to her guests, The balcony views were beautiful. We enjoyed having meals and drinks out there. Great walking path around the lake, too. Fun area for shopping, eating out, enjoying the lake, etc. Safe and lovely area to stay. Highly recommend! A+

Condo on Lake Norman

Lovely interior, well maintained and very little, if anything, not available. We felt very comfortable and “at home”. However, the exterior of the buildings show age and the elevator ( we were on 3rd fl ) was dirty and smelly. We did complain but it appears to little avail. Also, parking is on street - difficult to manage groceries and luggage.

Great stay at LKN

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and a cozy, comfortable home away from home feel, then this place is the perfect spot for you. My stay at this VRBO was simply wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. The location was truly stunning, situated right on the edge of the incredible Lake Norman. The peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous scenery instantly reminded us why we love this area. The accommodation itself was equally impressive. The condo was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were perfect for lounging and enjoying the beautiful views. I particularly loved the patio, which was the ideal place to sit and soak up the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions and give me helpful advice on local activities and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful and comfortable getaway. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge and soak up the natural beauty of the surrounding area. I can't wait to return and enjoy another wonderful stay!
