Bright & Modern Pool House
The unique landscape of this compound creates distinct areas for relaxation creating the effect of being nestled into the land. Amenities include solar heated gunite pool, side lawn, professionally landscaped property, Deck with hammock, 10-person outdoor dining table on patio, hanging chair, Outdoor shower, Office, Separately Zoned Central Air, High Speed WIFI, Hardwood floors, Weber Barbecue Grill. Closest beach is an 8 minute drive and the Village is about the same. Closer convenience grocery stores are a few minutes away. Bay beach is 5 minutes away. Being surrounded by water on all sides is really what makes Southampton such a special place. The blueness of the sky and the sweet ocean air will calm your sense and the gorgeous farmland and perfectly manicured stately homes will delight your eyes. Please note that the photos are more updated than the video. We have since added a couch on the ground floor and upgraded the outdoor seating.
