Nice place overall, poor plumbing and communication.

This was a nice place to stay overall. It was pretty clean and accommodating. My issues came with a few things. There was a terrible fishy/food smell that managed to infiltrate our condo. We smelled it from day one in the stairwell walking up to our condo on the third floor, the smell started at about the second floor. It was there from when we checked in until we checked out 4 days later. I tried messaging the property manager with zero responses. The other issues we had were with the hall bathroom. The toilet when you sat down on it would rock forward almost like it was going to come out for the floor. The other was the tub/shower itself would fill up with water because of slow drainage and would at times get scalding hot and then ice cold without warning. Overall we liked the condo but there is definitely some things that would need to be improved before we would consider staying again.

Unbeatable views.

Unit is a little dated and had issues with the water shutting off twice but it was building wide so I can’t complain. Views were unbeatable!! The second bedrooms mattress is definitely in need of replacement due to it caving in towards the center. Will 100% be coming back in the future.

No housekeeping

The unit had a beautiful view, nicely furnished and in good location. However, when we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. We called immediately but housekeeping never showed up, not even to bring clean sheets. After calling 4 times to complain, we just gave up. They did not show for our entire stay. Sleeping in dirty sheets is not acceptable. Vacasa did compensate us for the lack of housekeeping.

Great and quiet location with stunning view.

This condo is located up in the mountains so it has beautiful view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The building and the condo itself were clean. The pool is located in the separate building and it was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful views!..

The views of the mountains and lake from the balcony were the best part. We had enough room for our family of 5. A bit dated and the lighting could have been much better, but we were comfortable.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had a small issue, contacted the management company and it was solved quickly. It was nice to have a covered parking space. This unit is on the 3rd floor which is quite a haul. A couple of things...my daughter slept in the loft, there are high windows that let in great natural light, but no window covering, so she was up with the sun. The futon mattress wasn't very comfortable for her. Overall we had a wonderful time and the condo had everything we needed.

Great Get Away On A Budget!

The top level condo was great, sure the building was a little dated, but overall a very relaxing place with a great view. My family really enjoyed it.
