We are a gay vegetarian couple who have trekked all over the world. We lived for four years in Melbourne, Australia and several months in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. We love dogs and cats, Burning Man, Amazonian shamanism, and all kinds of camping and outdoor adventures.
Why they chose this property
This property is immaculate, fresh, and modern as it was completely gutted and renovated in 2019). It features unique high-end touches like a Toto washlet-bidet, motorized blackout shades, and Gigabit Wifi 6 (all features typically found only in luxury homes). There is air conditioning in the bedroom from May - September. It is urban and centrally located to main bus lines and businesses. The secure building has little foot traffic and pedestrian noise. This is a community of quiet professionals and retirees and the top-floor unit means there is no footstep noise above you.
