About this property

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome (duplex) in the heart of downtown Crested Butte. Conveniently located two blocks from downtown for dining, shopping and entertainment. The free shuttle stop across the street, offers access to Mt. Crested Butte where you will find world class skiing, boarding, hiking, and biking.

The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which sleeps six comfortably. The sunny second floor has a generous size kitchen, dining area, large comfy sectional with internet enabled TV plus, a large DVD collection for guests to choose from. A sunny deck off of the living room houses a grill and dining area complete with mountain views. There is a fully fenced backyard available to our guests. The yard is private and accessible from the house.

This property can be rented out together with the other side of the duplex, making the total bedrooms 6. Please reach out with any questions you may have.

Bedrooms are as follows: (1) Queen Bed, (1) Queen Bed, and (1) Twin Bunk bed.

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $25 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $45. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

Parking Plan: There are two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. Please adhere to the winter parking rules & regulations. No parking overnight on Elk Ave.

Close to lovely downtown Crested

This property is fine - great downstairs shower, but the mattresses need updating and the carpets need replacing - but 99% of the reason to stay is the location (as in the title). Just a 5-minute walk to all amenities Crested Butte has to offer. So much fun to be able to get up, walk to Camp 4 Coffee before the crowds arrive and just chill.

Great location, fenced yard, pet friendly

This is a great rental very close to Elk. We could walk everywhere! The views from the deck are fantastic and the yard is cute...and fenced if you have a pet. Spacious living space upstairs with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.

Easy Elk Avenue access

I stayed during June for 3 nights and the location was exactly what I wanted - close to Elk Avenue as well as to Clark's (the grocery store). I liked that the second floor had the kitchen and family room. I recommend to to others looking for convenience of town.

Great location

Nice place close to store and main drag. All was good with the exception of TV reception/streaming - didn't work half the time. Bunk room is suitable only for kids and is very small. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Ski get away

Wonderful location to catch the bus up to the ski hill. Close to groomed nordic trails to walk the dog. Close to grocery store. Would definitely stay here again for a quick get away!

Xmas in CB

The location was great! Close to town and an easy shuttle to the mountain for skiing. We had an issue with the smoke detector going off twice and we were unable to reach it. The property management responded quickly both times (on Christmas) and resolved the issue. The beds needed updating but, otherwise, it was a great stay for my family.

Fourth of July Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the property. As advertised, the location was a perfect walking distance to the venues the wedding party selected on Elk Ave. The house was the right size for the four of us and was very quiet (even on the 4th of July!).

Wonderful location

So much snow! We stayed for a short ski trip and loved the location and ease of walking to all our favorite spots downtown. The house was clean, spacious for 4 and 2 dogs, and quiet. Will be looking for this place in the future!

Convenient location

Home was perfect for two adult and two teens to rest and relax between hiking, biking, shopping and eating! Easy walk to elk, coffee shop around the corner and breakfast just a block away. Also super convenient to the grocery store for any needs.

Such a great experience that I’ve already rebooked!

Perfect location, 2 blocks from all the dining and shopping on Elk Ave, and on a quiet, flower-lined street. Great for dogs with a big, enclosed backyard, and the whole property was very clean. Huge DVD collection, which was a real source of fun. Amazing view of Mt Crested Butte right from the deck and the living room. Spacious upstairs living room/kitchen and the full bath downstairs is newly remodeled. Management company is very responsive. And we loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked.

4th of July weekend

Location is perfect. Easy to walk two blocks to town and not have to worry about parking. Had an issue with the keyless system, it did not lock vs unlock immediately and took a few tries each time we left the rental. We did reach out to management who said they would change the battery while we were out but it was still touch and go all weekend. Overall very comfortable space, kitchen is well equipped. Only other issue was our neighbors. Did not realize this was a duplex and you could hear other renters through bedroom wall and outside of our room as they were extremely loud all weekend. Granted it was a holiday weekend. The rest of the neighborhood was very quiet and cute.

Great house and location!

Our group really loved this place! It was comfortable, close walking distance to the all the CB shops and restaurants, plus Clarks, and it was a great place to stay for our extended family. If you're allergic to dogs, do know that you'll find some doghairs on common areas, but that didn't bother our group, just an FYI since it's a pet-friendly place. We overall give it high ratings and would love to stay there again.

Great location!

This rental is a great location. It’s the perfect place to stay. Walking distance of downtown, nice kitchen/living room. The updated shower want nice. My only complaints is that the bed mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping due to this. I couldn’t wait to go home. I think a small investment in new mattresses and pillows would go a long way.

Wonderful location, cozy and comfortable.

This property had everything we needed, and was a great little house to rent. Close to shops, Nordic center, hardware store and grocery store. Beautiful view of the mountain in the second floor. It was clean and all the appliances work. Interior is a bit dated and there are no frills or even some spare salt. There are two large parking spots, but be careful to pull in far enough, we got a parking ticket one night because we didn’t pull in enough. Also, not clear in ad, is that this is a duplex. Electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn’t work. The internet was fast, but went down for a day. Streaming TV would not connect to the internet.

Crested Butte

Excellent location. Spacious living area and kitchen. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. The unit was full of dog hair (no dog with us); the couch was home to pretzels, popcorn, more dog hair (again, none ours); the oven was filthy. We were expecting extra care in cleaning.

Great location

Well located right in town! We especially loved the grill and porch with Mountain Views. The main living area is spacious and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are adequate size and having 2 full bathrooms was perfect.
