If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this house surrounded by greenery is ideal!
It is located in a residential area of Villasimius, just outside the town, about 800m away. from the beautiful beach of Simius.
If you don't want to use the car, the sea and all services are within walking distance.
The house measures 50sqm and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette; in addition to a covered veranda and a large garden with shower and barbecue.
It is ideal for 4 people, but it has a sofa bed in the living room.
It is also equipped with mosquito nets in the sleeping area, TV, washing machine and air conditioning.

Familien Sommerurlaub Sardinien in Villasimius

Zusammengefasst können wir sagen: - das Haus ist wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten, Aussendusche, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine sind auch vorhanden. - die Lage ist aus unserer Sicht auch perfekt mit nur ca.700-900m vom Strand oder dem Stadtkern entfernt. - 100m entfernt ist das für uns beste Lokal der Insel. Achtung ohne Reservierung bekommt man keinen Platz. Alles in allem können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Strandferien in herziger Villa

Wir waren Mitte September für 10 Tage in der Villa von Paola. Es hat alles super geklappt, das Häuschen war sauber und Paola hat uns sogar einige Dinge zur Begrüssung hingestellt. Die Lage der Villa ist super, 10 Minuten zu Fuss an den Simius Strand, wenige Minuten mit dem Auto an viele andere tolle Strände und das Dorf ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Unterwegs lässt sich sogar einen sehr tollen Spielplatz finden. Paola war sehr hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar, hätte uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und kam zur Begrüssung und zum Abschied sogar persönlich vorbei. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Paola's Villa sehr genossen und können es sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke Paola für alles!

Piacevole vacanza

Siamo stati molto bene, la casa è ben organizzata, zanzariere condizionatore ventilatore, la cucina ben accessoriata, frigorifero e lavastoviglie grandi. Veranda coperta per la cena e bel giardino fiorito con una bellissima araucaria che mi rimarrà nel cuore. La posizione è perfetta, vicino al mare ma anche al paese

Schöne Badeferien

Das Haus befindet sich in einem Ferienhausquartier. Auf der einen Seite grenzt die Parzelle an ein mittelgrosses Hotel. Das Ferienhaus auf der anderen Seite hat seit dieser Saison, gemäss der Vermieterin, neue Besitzer. Diese neuen Besitzer waren für unsere Verhältnisse, sehr laut. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einiges ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Süßes Häuschen in Bestlage

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter in Paola‘s Haus. Das Haus ist einfach und dennoch völlig ausreichend. Wir haben die Lage für besonders toll empfunden. Zudem ist Paola super hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles ;)

Piacevole soggiorno!

La casa è in una posizione ottimale, sia per la spiaggia che per il centro città, si può andare a piedi tranquillamente. Dispone di due camere da letto e un piccolo divano letto nel soggiorno, ha lavastoviglie, lavatrice e aria condizionata (un solo split in soggiorno). È molto pulita, dispone di tutte le stoviglie, biancheria da letto e asciugamani. Lo spazio esterno è grande e ventilato, con un tavolo per mangiare la sera. Paola, la proprietaria, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare!

tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus! Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine und einen schönen Garten. Ebenfalls ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass fliegennetze an den Fenster befestigt sind, so dass man mit offenen Fenster schlafen kann (Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, doch wir sind keine Fans von den Dingern). Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum (10 Minuten). Den Strand sind wir nie angelaufen, da wir per Auto einige Strände anfahren Paola ist stets erreichbar und super hilfsbereit Dennoch ist Sardinien

Casa accogliente e ottima posizione

La casa è in ottima posizione, situata a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Simius e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Villasimius . In macchina si raggiungono in 5/10 minuti tante altre bellissime spiagge. La casa è accogliente e attrezzata, c’è una bella veranda dove mangiare e il giardino che circonda la casa. Paola la proprietaria è veramente molto gentile e disponibile . Assolutamente da consigliare.

Bellissima villa

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e siamo appena tornati da una bellissima vacanza nella villa di Paola,. La casa è pulita, accogliente e molto fresca; abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giardino ben curato, la bella veranda dove consumare i pasti ,la doccia calda esterna e il grande barbecue. La casa è molto tranquilla e si trova in una posizione ideale, vicina sia al centro che alla spiaggia di Simius. Paola è stata molto disponibile e gentile, sicuramente torneremo nella sua bellissima villa!!!

Besser kann man es nicht antreffen

Das Haus von Paola ist so schön. Zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnessbereich bieten ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Sogar zwei Kinderreisebetten und Hochstühle wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Paola ist so nett und sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Garten bietet Platz zum Toben, Entspannen und sogar eine Außendusche mit Warmwasser ist vorhanden. :) Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen...zwischen Ortskern und Strand (beides fußläufig zu erreichen), neben einem Restaurant und um die Ecke ein Spielplatz... Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus günstig gelegen

Zu allererst: Paola ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die jederzeit ansprechbar ist und für alles in kurzer Zeit eine Lösung findet! Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse, ca.10 Geh-Minuten vom Simius Strand entfernt. Auch der Ort Villasimius ist in fußläufiger Entfernung, d.h. Geschäfte und Lokale wie das unmittelbar benachbarte und sehr beliebte Su Foreddu (sehr empfehlenswert) etc. sind problemlos zu erreichen. Das Haus verfügt über eine außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile (von Käsereibe bis Toaster alles, was das Herz begehrt) und dicht schließende Moskitogitter vor nahezu allen Fenstern und Türen, sowie eine Aircondition im Wohn-/Essbereich. Es hat eine großzügige überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen, einen schönen Garten mit Rasen und blühenden Büschen. Wir - ein deutsches Ehepaar mit Golden Retriever - verbrachten dort Ende September/Anfang Oktober zwei sehr erholsame Urlaubswochen. Da es zu dieser Zeit schon zum Teil regnerisch war und es nachts schon mal kühl wurde, gab es zwei kleine Nachteile.. leider hat der einzig vorhandene Heizlüfter nicht komplett ausgereicht, die Räume angemessen zu erwärmen (wären wir noch länger geblieben, hätte Paola sicher auch dafür eine Lösung gefunden) und die Kapazität des Durchlauferhitzers für die Innendusche war etwas gering dimensioniert für 2 Personen, die direkt nacheinander warm duschen wollten. In den Sommermonaten sicher kein Problem... Insgesamt ist Paola´s Viletta sehr zu empfehlen.

Bellissima vacanza!

Paola è una persona deliziosa,molto gentile e accogliente! Ci ha davvero trattato molto bene e sempre disponibile. La casa dotata di ogni confort è in una posizione stupenda,molto vicina al centro di Villasimius (a piedi sono circa 10 minuti),c'è un parco giochi vicino molto bello per i bimbi e anche per le spiagge non c'è molta strada...e tutte sono meravigliose! Ringraziamo di cuore Paola della sua gentilissima disponibilità e accoglienza!! Monica

La villetta ideale

La villetta indipendente con giardino è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare con due bambini piccoli di 2 e 4 anni. Liberi di giocare in giardino tutto il tempo in libertà. Per noi adulti la libertà di potersi rilassare in mezzo al verde è passare tutto il tempo fuori quando in città invece è completamente il contrario. La villetta comodissima anche come posizione perché con una passeggiatina di 5 minuti si arriva alla bella spiaggia di Simius e 5 minuti di passeggiata si arriva al paese molto carino con i suoi negozietti. La signora Paola, padrona della casa è una persona gentilissima e disponibile per ogni richiesta, i miei amici hanno già chiesto tutti i contatti e anche noi ci terremo sicuramente il contatto per una prossima vacanza. Consigliatissima

Graziosa villetta vicina alla spiaggia

Siamo una famiglia con 2 bambini, accolti all'arrivo dalla Sig.ra Paola con grande cordialità e gentilezza. La casa spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort e circondata da un bellissimo giardino. A 10 min a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Simius e dal centro del paese. Ringraziamo di cuore la Sig.ra Paola per la sua ospitalità, ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa!

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt. Die sehr nette Vermieterin kaufte gleich am 2. Tag einen Toaster als wir danach fragten. Das große Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr bequem, die zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer perfekt für Kinder. Die Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer könnte man auch zum Doppelbett zusammenstellen. Das Haus liegt 800 Meter vom Strand. In die Stadt kann man zu Fuß laufen. 50 Meter vom Haus gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Lärm- oder Geruchsbelästigung gibt es keine. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt, perfekt mit Kindern. Wir waren hier drei Wochen im September mit unseren 6jährigen Zwillingen und haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Paola, die Hausbesitzerin, meldet sich immer, wenn man etwas benötigt. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

VILLETTA TRANQUILLA A VILLASIMIUS

Siamo una coppia di mezza età ed abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per quindici giorni durante il mese di agosto. La villetta è accogliente e luminosa, arredata modernamente. La veranda, anch'essa arredata con tavolo per otto persone e due chaise longue, offre la possibilità di fantastiche 'sieste' all'ombra dei numerosi oleandri che contornano l'intero perimetro della struttura. Il giardino ampissimo ha sul retro un BBQ in muratura. La cucina, a differenza di altre case in cui abbiamo soggiornato, è completa di stoviglie, forno microonde, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frullatore a immersione, piccolo robot da cucina. All'esterno, in una piccola nicchia in muratura, nascosta anch'essa dalle numerose piante, si trova la lavatrice. La casa è dotata anche di asciugacapelli e condizionatore d'aria. La zona dove è situata la villetta è tranquillissima, circondata da altre strutture simili, silenziosa, nonostante nelle vicinanze ci sia una pizzeria. Il centro del paese si può raggiungere a piedi in soli 10 minuti. Ed infine, come ciliegina sulla torta...PAOLA, la proprietaria! Disponibile e gentilissima!...'solare'...come la bellissima isola dove ha la fortuna di vivere.

Casa Indipendente a Villasimius

FANTASTICO!!

È il secondo anno consecutivo che veniamo con Famiglia e tutto è solo che stra confermato. Posto idilliaco!! Comodo per spiagge e centro paese, silenzioso, giardino bellissimo e profumatissimo, pranzi e cene sotto la veranda con la brezza marina che ti fa rinascere. Cucina completa fi tutto ciò che serve, barbecue molto grande( abbiamo fatto carne e pesce)...Davvero tutto molto bello. Paola è fantastica, premurosa, disponibile per ogni necessità, gentile...Consigliatissimo anche con bambini piccoli. Noi col nostro di 2 anni siamo stati ed è stato davvero benissimo.. Ci torneremo di sicuro Marco Matteo e Laura

Fantastic house with a lovely host

Me and my wife stayed there for almost 4 weeks, this was a lovely house with enough space, even when my son visited us. 2 good bed rooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. Furthermore a Futon in the livingroom. Paola is the best host we have ever had even though we have used this kind of rentals several times, around 10 times within the last 2 years. No matter what you ask her she will try to do everything to find an answer. We only found one down side with staying at Paola's house, but that has only to do with the surrounding houses. It seems like Italians has a lot of small dogs and they don't care that the dogs are barking ALL the time... As we stayed there for several weeks we felt a big relieve when August ended and most of the guests were changed to other nationalities. So if you are a big dog lover and don't mind listening to the barking then you will love the house no matter what time.

Esperienza Positiva

Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria Paola che si è dimostrata subito disponibile e cordiale. Le foto corrispondono e rappresentano fedelmente le caratteristiche dell'abitazione. La posizione è strategica, vicina al centro che è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti ma nello stesso tempo sufficientemente distante dal caos che vi aspetta nei periodi di alta stagione. Le spiagge sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili percorrendo pochi chilometri. Giudizio finale quindi sicuramente positivo. N.B. ricordatevi di portare la biancheria da casa perchè non è compresa nel prezzo!
