Lovely Villa with design and high quality finishes, with panoramic sea views.

The pool is private and has jacuzzi with a large solarium iroko wood. The whole plot is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and has two parking spaces.

The house has 311m2 distributed in basement, ground and first floors. It has three large bedrooms facing the sea with fitted wardrobes and a dressing room. The capacity is about 6 people and is fully furnished and equipped (central heating, air conditioning, fireplace, alarm, wifi). Top floor terrace is very spacious and panoramic sea views.

The situation is just 500 meters from the beach in the resort of Marina de la Torre, opposite the golf course and sports facilities including tennis, paddle tennis, football, sailing ... The complex has private security service. Close to the house there are many unspoilt beaches in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata.

Great villa - enjoyed our stay, hope to return.

Had a wonderful 12 days in the villa. The property was very clean. The garden and swimming pool are well maintained (the gardener and pool maintenance men were very friendly and do an excellent job). Communication with the host was good, and his local keyholder was extremely welcoming. It was great to have the dining table outside (we didn't have any meals indoors during our stay) If looking for improvements, as noted by other reviewers, there were only 2 sunbeds by the pool with no other loungers or chairs for sitting in the sun - it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the sun terrace. This was not a problem for us, as we were only 2 guests, but may be an issue for larger groups. The property description says there is a hot-tub - I guess this is a translation issue - there is no hot tub but instead there is a jacuzzi spa function in the swimming pool. Again not a problem - we really enjoyed using the pool. We would certainly like to come again next year.

Golfurlaub

Schöne große Villa mit gepflegtem und nett gestaltetem Außenbereich. Meerblick und fußläufig erreichbarer Golfplatz. Gute Betten in großen Schlafzimmern mit ordentlichen Bädern. Die großzügig angelegte Küche war leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und im großen Wohnbereich konnte keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen. An den Wänden fehlten Bilder und die Sofas waren durchgesessen und unansehnlich. Trotzdem haben wir den vierwöchigen Aufenthalt genossen.

Tres belle villa bonne communication avec le propriétaire tout est a disposition lave vaisselle lave linge four etc .piscine piece de vie très spacieux villa bien située Bémol le portail dois se faire manuellement Pas d eclairage dans la piscine et sur la terrasse et l entrée ppur oubrir la porte. Très bon séjour

La maison est trés agréable . Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Marja , la disponibilité et la réactivité de Raul . La maison est située à 10 mn à pied du bord de mer . Vous aurez l'embarras du choix , le littoral s'étend sur plusieurs kilometres de plage. Mojacar se situe à 1/4 en voiture du parc Cabo de Gata , réserve naturelle et à environs 45 minutes du désert de Tabernas . Nous pourrions y revenir avec plaisir.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön gelegen. Die Strände sind nah und das Meer warm und klar. Die Ortschaften bieten gute und abwechslungsreiche Gastronomie. Bei Problemen war Marja immer erreichbar und eine große Hilfe. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass die Ausstattung, vor allem der Pool Möbel, für fünf Personen nicht ausgereicht hat.

INFIERNO DE VACACIONES

La puerta de entrada no cierra,puede acceder cualquiera.Nos reconoce el propietario que ya lo sabía.Perdemos la tarde esperando al albañil,no lo arregla.17 días así Almohadas y colchones indecentes,muy sucios de sudor y manchas.Lavamos almohadas y compramos protectores de cama.Asqueroso Sábanas y toallas viejas,varias rotas,sucias y con agujero.Tuvimos que lavar sábanas y comprar toallas Edredones indecentes,los metimos en los armarios para que los niños ni los tocaran Tuvimos que limpiar los baños,con restos de heces en los inodoros y lavabos,ducha y bañera sucios Metimos las cosas en el lavavajillas para usarlas porque tenían restos de comida.Útiles escasos y viejos (muchos inservibles),todos los días hay que poner el lavavajillas Sin iluminación exterior,cortocircuitaba,pese a decirlo,no se arregló.No hemos podido disfrutar de la zona exterior de noche además del peligro de entrar y salir de la casa a oscuras con los 4 niños Falta mantenimiento.Manillas atascadas,baldosines y grifos sueltos,desagües no tragan,mezclador termostático no funciona,sombrilla no se abre,campana extractora no traga.. Sofá roto en el salón,tapamos los otros 2 con sábanas para usarlos.Cojines viejos,sucios y rotos El sótano es un trastero inservible Le enseñamos la casa a Marja,la encargada,a petición del propietario y nos dio la razón No tienen hoja de reclamaciones,tuvimos que llamar a la policía Como disparate final,el propietario nos reclama la fianza inventándose unos daños que no hemos hecho

Lovely views ,needs some attention.

This villa has amazing views of the Mediterranean, and was very clean when we arrived , but there were a few disappointing things we encountered at the villa, which were not rectified during our 8 day stay. Two of the bathrooms had broken locks, 3 blinds were broken downstairs, there was a broken kitchen cupboard , large broken glass dish was left in cupboard, sheets and bedding were spread around lounge drying upon our arrival, and we had to make our own beds up which we have never had to do before in a rented villa. We arrived late at night so this was an inconvenience. The satellite TV did not work. There were only 2 sun loungers available , but the villa sleeps 6.,so not enough furniture around the pool. The details of the villa state that the pool man and gardener attend weekly, neither attended during our stay. Attention to these details would have improved our stay.

Una bonita casa, a cinco minutos, literalmente, andando del campo de golf de Mojacar. Mejorable, nada es perfecto, pero con una relación calidad precio excelente.

La maison est vraiment spacieuse munie d’un jardin, d’une terrasse avec un garage privé et d’une piscine privée tres chaleureuse. Raul est une personne sérieuse et très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette maison et son hôte.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben unserem Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen! Es ist ein sehr großes und geräumiges Haus und die Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung ist auch wunderbar! Der Blick auf das Meer, besonders vom Wohnzimmer und von der Dachterrasse, hat uns jedes Mal wieder fasziniert! Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit integriertem Whirlpool war für uns ein weiteres Highlight! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Raúl und auch Marja für die Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, denn der fehlende Sonnenschirm und auch die Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen (wir waren die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr) wurden unverzüglich neu gekauft und von Marja zu uns gebracht! Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus nur empfehlen!

Stylish property, fantastic views

Excellent communication from the host prior to the holiday and Marja couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful on our arrival and leaving the property. The villa is extremely spacious, clean with stylish decor throughout. The kids had hours of fun in the pool & exploring the outdoor space. I would certainly recommend a hire car to explore the local areas, but the villa was easy to find and had very safe and secure parking. We had a brilliant family holiday & I would certainly recommend the villa & would stay here again when returning to mojacar.

Das sehr geräumige Haus liegt ruhig und bietet trotzdem eine gute Infrastruktur. Alles war wie beschrieben nur 2 der 4 Liegen am pool waren eher für Kinder als für ältere Erwachsene. Die Ausstattung bsonders in der Küche liess keine Wünsche offen.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location

We were really impressed with the villa when we arrived, it was even more spacious than it looked in the photos and the views were incredible, looking right out to sea. The outdoor space and pool is lovely, the perfect place to relax. Inside the villa is well appointed with big rooms, comfortable beds and the host has thought of everything you might need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend the villa, it's really well located for both the sea and the restaurants and bars of Mojacar Playa.

A lovely villa with a spacious interior, fantastic outdoor space and wonderful views

The villa is in a good location with lovely gardens and a pool. The surrounding area was very quiet when we were there (end of October) which suited us very nicely! The property is reasonably well equipped, well maintained and secure. It is quite a long walk into Mojacar Playa to the shops and restaurants though so we usually went in the car. Overall a great holiday and I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Casa y propietario de lujo!!

He pasado con mi familia una fantástica semana en casa de Raúl. Es mucho mejor que en las Fotos del anuncio y en éste ya es preciosa. Casa de lujo muy grande, muy limpia y bien ubicada en zona residencial, cerquita de la playa, restaurantes y centro comercial. Además tiene un jardín precioso y una piscina con jacuzzi que nos ha permitido relajarnos y disfrutar con las niñas. Si la casa es fantástica, Raúl el propietario un excelente anfitrión, nos facilitó toda la información necesaria para poder disfrutar de Mojacar y de su espectacular casa. Altamente recomendable!!

Superbe location au calme

Très belle villa dans un quartier très calme et proche des commodités et loisirs. La villa est très bien équipée, très bien entretenue, très beau jardin méditerranéen autour de la piscine. Une très bonne organisation pour l'arrivée et le départ de la part de Raul qui est très disponible pour vous aider pendant le séjour. Merci Raul vous avez participé à de belles vacances réussies.

fantastisch

Hele mooie, propere woning, alles aanwezig. Enig minpunt is dat er geen gewoon koffiezetapparaat aanwezig is. Verder mooie ligging met een fantastisch uitzicht. Eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar en indien er problemen zijn, worden ze onmiddellijk opgelost.

Hola, al principio las fotos me parecieron tan bonitas que pense que el anuncio no era de verdad. Pero he de decir que la casa es exactamente como se ve en las fotos y además de esto, Raul es un host muy amable y facilitador que hizo que todo fluyera correctamente y que tuviéramos unas vacaciones maravillosas. Recomiendo este alojamiento 100%, la casa es preciosa, espaciosa, cerquísima de la playa, restaurantes, supermercados etc. Esta todo nuevo, la piscina es una gozada y la verdad es que no tenemos ni una sola queja. Definitivamente volveré a repetir!

Perfecto

Un petit coin de paradis! Pour ceux qui aiment écouter le silence interrompu seulement par le bruit de la mer toute proche. Mis à part un grille pain datant des années 70 rien ne manque. Pour notre part nous avons apprécié plus les plages de Garrucha que celles de Mojacar. Pour les amateurs de Paella une seule adresse à retenir, un petit Bar qui s'appelle "Los Cuatro" que vous trouverez à l'entrée du vieux village de Mojacar sur la colline (calle de la fuente) a une centaine de mètre de la fuente.Les propriétaires Juana et Paco d'authentiques Andaluz d'une très grande gentillesse. Nous, nous reviendrons! (Chez Raoul et Paco)
