Located just before the village of Paliouri, one of Halkidiki ’s most popular destinations, with panoramic views to the blue sea and green pine trees, this unique villa with private pool is the perfect base to explore everything that the peninsula has to offer.

Our holiday villa has been elegantly designed to delight with its comfort and exceptional modern design all its guests as both exterior and interior spaces have been undertaken by a professional architect, the owner himself. The property has a total area of 125 sq.m. and it can comfortably host up to 6 guests. It is placed inside a compact complex of 6 pool villas with private parking space and secure gate.

The whole house is divided into 3 levels and, except for the marble stairs, there is an internal elevator for everyday use between the three floors. The ground floor, where the main entrance is located, consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an ergonomic dining table, a WC, a luminous, modern living room with TV/DVD set and fireplace.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one balcony and one bathroom. Finally the master bedroom is on the third floor with a modern closet and en-suite bathroom. Every floor comes equipped with its own air-condition unit, closet, bed and bedside tables.

The front patio is perhaps the place where guests will be spending most of their time. The private swimming pool offers unbreakable view over the sea. Take a dive early in the morning before heading to the beach or late at night while enjoying a cold drink. It doesn’t get any better than this!

The built-in BBQ with extra sink will definitely come in handy if you wish to enjoy a family dinner by the pool. Who can resist to a souvlaki or a fresh roasted fish?

This holiday villa provides ideal summer accommodation to families or couples who want to have luxury holidays in Greece, within close distance to supermarkets and restaurants. It is, however, private enough to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay away from the crowd.

We kindly ask you to:
– respect the non-smoking policy.
– take your rubbish out at the main gate of the complex, where the large bins are located. Recyclables may be separated, gathered altogether in large bags and thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
– keep it quiet during midday (15:00 - 17:00) and after 23:00
– save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open or water running useless.
