Excellent stay in a cozy, snowy getaway!!

We can’t quite put into words how much we enjoyed our stay here! Incredibly clean, THE most comfortable beds, great location, and the wifi worked great! Appreciated the big garage to keep our car out of the snow. It was perfect for my husband and me, but it would easily suit another couple or family. The two en-suite bathrooms would allow total privacy for two couples or a family with kids. We absolutely would stay here again! Tyson was extremely communicative. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Easy place to stay

Great Mountain View from the neighborhood. Garage was great for winter. Books for kids and games in the closet appreciated. Living room nice for gathering together. Could use a few more plates and a Bluetooth speaker, but otherwise enjoyed our stay!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a stay at 16 Point from October 7th to 9th, accompanied by my husband, daughter, and elderly father. I'm grateful for Tyson's prompt responses to our inquiries about the property. The house was comfortable, complete with laundry amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, toiletries, and a fireplace with a blower that warmed the entire home. The covered patio provided a serene spot for relaxation in a peaceful neighborhood. We took pleasure in driving around to observe the local wildlife. The sounds of geese from the nearby pond in the evenings and frequent deer sightings added to the charm. The autumnal hues of the trees were absolutely breathtaking. During our stay, we also ventured to Summitville Mine and explored the off-road trails.

Perfect Property

A very lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with lots of artistic touches. We were here one month and this house is a perfect place from which to explore the surrounding areas. Lots of hiking trails close to the house.

July stay

The AC was turned off. The first two weeks it cooled off quickly at night with windows open. The last two weeks of July it was stuffy with no AC. I would pay more to have the AC available. The wifi was intermittent. When told the property Manager said he would contact the wifi provider but It never was fixed. The mobile phone service was spotty and the living room tv worked part of the time but had several problems. The back patio had lots of spider webs and had not been cleaned prior to our occupancy. My wife cleaned the walls down, however, the front of the property was cleaned. The patio furniture had to be cleaned and washed down. We met the neighbors and it is a nice neighborhood. Great floor plan but some of the great room furniture is past it's expiration date. 2 large stuffed red vinyl chairs are missing their vinyl. master bedroom bed was confortable.

Cute and comfortable place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Had a great nice sleep. This place has everything you will need for your stay. The fireplace added a nice touch at night. The house has large windows so you can see the lake while enjoying your coffee. Super clean and we would definitely stay again. The cell service is spotting, but if you go in the front yard you can usually get cell service, but we were warned about it. All and all you can't beat the price. The place was super clean and very comfortable.

Nice Place, Better Owner

The place is great and was as advertised. But when we arrived it had t been cleaned. However, I contacted the owner who contacted his manager and they got it cleaned up and ready for us while we went to dinner. He made everything right and we needed up having a great stay.

Amazing Views

The property is gorgeous and spacious. The views from the backyard of the mountains are breathtaking. The lake is about 10 minutes walk from the house. Although you can see it from the house you have to use the public access point. Definitely see our family coming back to this property for future vacations.

Outside area was dusty and that was probably from no recent rentals.

Needed a boat to use the lake. It took a while to cool down the condo since it had not been opened for a while. But location was wonderful, layout was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I enjoyed this location. The place was very comfortable and it was well equipped. . Very friendly neighbors and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Guests need to know that you need permits to put your kayaks on the lakes also to fish.

Perfect home away from home!

The property was honestly more than what we expected. It was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It was nice to come home to after a long day of skiing. We cannot wait to go back!
