Welcome to beautiful Creekside Haven, a two story, 2,671 square feet home nestled in 2 1/2 acres, of the Blue Ridge Mountains making it perfect for the entire family. Relax or be as adventurous as you wish.
As you walk through the front door you will immediately feel stress free.
The main floor offers an open floor plan featuring a large fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with all major appliances – dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, and flatware are also provided. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and there are three additional seats at the kitchen counter breakfast area.
The living room has an exceptionally large couch with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy the cozy gas-log fireplace, while watching your favorite movies on the flat screen tv.
The master bedroom is also located on this level, offering a beautiful king bed with quality linens and towels, a private bathroom with a large soak tub, separate shower, and double sinks.
On this level you have access to the amazing back deck, with eight beautiful rocking chairs and a table where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful rushing creek or prepare lunch on the Weber gas grille.
The hallway provides a high-efficiency, washer and dryer and extra scrooge space.
As you make your way to the lower level, you will find two more private bedrooms which include a King size bed in each room, a large, finished space, with two twin beds, a ping pong table, dart board, board games, a full bathroom, and access to another deck. This could easily become your happy place, as you listen to the soothing sounds of the creek and unwind in the hot tub or enjoy your favorite cocktail while sitting by the fire-pit.
As you plan your adventure for the day, you may consider taking a scenic drive on Highway 261 for 12 miles (and up 3,000 in elevation) to reach Carver's Gap at Roan Mountain, you will experience some of the most beautiful views and plenty of great hiking opportunities on the Appalachian Trail.
If you prefer to get in a round of golf you are only a short drive to Grassy Creek Golf & Country Club. From there you are a few short miles to Spruce Pine where you will find nice surprises for dining.
If you don’t mind a little longer drive, you are only about one hour from shopping in Asheville, Historic Johnson City, Mt. Mitchell, Roan Mountain and Grandfather Mountain, two ski resorts, Boone, Banner Elk, white water rafting, gem mining and more!
The Creek-Side Haven is very private, with very easy accessibility all year-round. Situated in 2-½ wooded acres, don’t be surprised if you encounter a visit from the variety of wildlife, such as turkeys, deer, rabbits, groundhogs and more.

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
