The holiday home is located at the end of a dirt road surrounded by hills and nature where you can be spoiled for tranquility and calm.

You can go hiking in the untouched landscapes and enjoy the enchanting views letting your mind wander.

The bright and spacious bathroom with shower / bath, washbasin and toilet offers plenty of space to feel comfortable.

It is the bedroom, with a large double bed (2x2m) and a spacious wardrobe.

The power supply of both houses and exclusively by solar panels (3.5 kW), this system is reliable, and provides us well considering the prudent use of energy. Household appliances (such as hair dryers), which are energy thieves, so should stay at home).

Cercal do Alentejo (5 km) and São Luís (7 km). Both are easily accessible and part of the route is a dirt road (approximately 3 km).

Nice place to relax

If you are looking for a nice place to relax, we can highly recommend this holiday home. The house is beautifully situated in a hilly landscape. Furthermore, it is attractively decorated. We could enjoy the sun on the balcony and in front of the house. The owner of the holiday home, Evelyn, received us very warmly and was also very helpful. We really enjoyed this holiday accommodation and would like to come back to this place again.

Es war traumhaft schön! Diese Ruhe zu genießen war Balsam für die Seele! Evelyn die Vermieterin ist eine sehr herzliche Person,die jede Frage beantwortet hat! Der Weg zum Häuschen ist sehr speziell. Ich empfehle definitiv ein Auto! Die Gegend ist sehr weitläufig, aber toll zu erkunden! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub dort!

Gut erholt...

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage in natürlicher, ländlicher Umgebung, abseits vom Massentourismus. Unsere Gastgeberin Evelyn hat uns herzlich empfangen, gut beraten und uns einige wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage des Ferienhauses erfordert die Anreise mit eigenem Fahrzeug oder Mietwagen. Sehr schöne Strände oder schöne Landschaften im Hinterland lassen sich dann problemlos erreichen. Auch Möglichkeiten zum Wandern auf gut gekennzeichneten Wegen sind vorhanden. Wer einmal nicht selbst kochen möchte findet gute Restaurants in Cercal selbst oder in Vila Nova de Milfontes. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was im Urlaub gebraucht wird, ist gut ausgestattet und wenn etwas fehlen sollte, ist Evelyn immer ansprechbar. Wir haben jede Minute des Urlaubs genossen.

Demasiado lejos

La casa bien, aunque el no tener baño arriba la hace un poco incomoda. Limpia y con todo lo necesario. Lastima que este demasiado lejos de zona urbana y los caminos de acceso sean bastante incomodos. Por lo demás todo correcto y fiel al anuncio.

Appréciation positive

Un agréable séjour au grand calme Pas de passage de voiture pour vous perturber. Le grand repos avec une vue splendide et l'hôte est très gentille. Par contre le chemin d'accès de 3 kms sur un chemin de terre est moyen . Séjour au top et pas très loin de belles plages Je recommande si vous aimez le dépaysement et les chênes liège et les eucalyptus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und einsam in wunderschöner Landschaft. Entspannung und Erholung für alle Menschen, die einen einfachen Lebensstil pflegen und Interesse an der Natur haben. Die Vermieterin Evelyn ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In 25 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in N.V. de Milfontes am Atlantik und findet herrliche Badestrände oder rauhe Küstenlandschaft.

Optimale Erholung in stilvoller Unterkunft in ländlich, natürlicher Umgebung

Kunstvoll eingerichtetes Haus ohne Etagen mit dicken Wänden (isoliert vor Hitze), zwei Eingangstürem, die kühlenden Luftdurchzug erzeugen. Auf der kleinen Terasse vorne und überdacht mit Gartenbereich hinten kann man zu jeder Tageszeit die heiße, portugiesische Sonne genießen oder sich in den Schatten bzw. ins kühle Haus zurückziehen. Alles für den Haushalt war in gutem Zustand vorhanden. Strom (Solaranlage) und WLAN sind etwas knappe Ressourcen. Die Gastgeberin wohnt nebenan, war sehr freundlich, gab uns gute Tipps und ist jederzeit absprechbar. Für uns war es ein glücklicher Urlaub! Jederzeit wieder.

Super Fewo, wir waren begeistert!

Wir waren begeistert. Die Fewo liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Umgebung. Unser Aufenthalt war dadurch sehr angenehm und erholsam. Die Fewo war sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Fewo sehr empfehlen, Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Great house and great host

We had a beautiful and quiet stay at Evelyn's place. The house is located in a bucolic area where you can find peace and nature at its best. However, it's also well located in relation to the main spots in Alentejo cost: beaches and towns. The house is exactly as in the pictures and Evelyn is a great host, she helps you in anything you need, and the house is fully equipped with all the basics for a nice stay. We definetely recommend it and we would love to repeat it!

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Es gibt ein schönes helles Schlafzímmer oben im Haus mit Zugang zu einer Terasse auf der man abends sehr gemütlich sitzen kann. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und super sauber, wie das gesamte Haus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der offene Wohnbereich mit Esstisch und Sofa ist zum wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und Evelyn ist eine perfekte Vermieterin. Der Kontakt war von anfang an super freundlich.

Einzigartig - Grandios

Liebe Evelyn, von der Anfrage bis zur Abreise war dieser Urlaub einzigartig - grandios! Deine freundliche, sympathische, hilfsbereite, sowie humorvolle, unaufdringliche Art hat auch dazu beigetragen. Die Bilder, sowie die Beschreibung können nur einen ersten Eindruck von Evelyn's Anwesen vermitteln. Und es trifft es auf den Punkt. Die positive Stimmung und die Ruhe die dort im Tal zu finden ist, begleitete uns ab der ersten Urlaubsminute. Ankommen und wohlfühlen! Das schöne Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut sortiert und bestückt. Die hochgelegene Terrasse ein Traum. Sie lud unter anderen zu einigen netten Weinabenden ein und zum Frühstück sowieso. Der Weg zurück in die Zivilisation (nächster Ort - Cercal ca. 5km), portugiesisch Original. Schließlich ist es weit ab vom Massentourismus. Ein Leihwagen muss schon sein. Der Weg zur Atlantikküste, ca. 30 Min durch die Landschaft des Alentejo, hat uns jedesmal aufs neue begeistert. Sowie auch die Vielzahl der verschiedenen einzigartigen Buchten an der atlantischen Steilküste. Auch dort verspürt man noch keinen Massentourismus. Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft. Überhaupt kein Problem sind Tagesausflüge ins Inland von Portugal, nach Lissabon oder z. B. auch nach Sagres. Liebe Evelyn, wir haben Dein kleines Fleckchen Erde auf dieser Welt sehr lieb gewonnen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Liebe Grüße Andrea & Angelika

Très bon séjour!!

Un couple de jeunes ayant passé une très bonne semaine dans ce coin sauvage et très calme. Evelyn est une personne très agréable et discrète. On a toutes les commodités dans le village à proximité situé à quelques minutes de la maison avec entre autre un petit supermarché pour les courses. Les plages sont à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture et je conseille la plage de qui est beaucoup plus belle et moins bondée que celle du village. Si vous cherchez le calme et le dépaysement tout en étant pas trop loin du littoral alors cette maison est faite pour vous.

Relaxing and welcoming house

Very quiet and surrounded by nature. A cosy and "warm" house where we felt welcome and which is conform to the description. Warm only figuratively, because it remained surprisingly cool during the hottest days! It is close to the sea (about 20-25 minutes by car). Our and the kids preferred beach was "Praia da llha do Pessegueiro". The house is well placed to be used as base for day-trips to Lisbon and to Algarve. We visited Lagos and Portimao in one day trip and have done an apart trip Lisbon, but I would recommend 2 days if you see for the first time the capital city. We also enjoyed a lot the circular hiking routes in the nature in Santa Clara, S. Luis Gardens & Dunes of Almograve, (see circular routes info which can be found on: RotaVicentina.com) Make sure you carry enough water with you in the warm season! In a nutshell, if you want to avoid the touristic Algarve and enjoy nature and be able to find beaches which are not overcrowded, then Evelyn’s house is a destination I can perfectly recommend! And Evelyn is a friendly person, combining well discretion with being there to answer our questions and proactively offering support.

Vacaciones sin estrés

Verdaderamente, merece la pena pasar unos días en esta casa. Si quieres disfrutar y relajarte en un sitio de lo más tranquilo, este es tu lugar. Hay momentos, la mayoría, en que no escuchas ningún ruido, como si estuvieras alejado del mundo. Y sin embargo, la playa está cerca. En veinte minutos en coche puedes elegir cualquiera de las playas tranquilas y todavía sin masificar de la zona. También puedes visitar pueblitos con encanto donde la vida transcurre sin prisas, molinos viejos, faros, acantilados… La casa está equipada con lo imprescindible, y las fotos corresponden cien por cien a la realidad. Evelyn, la propietaria, es un encanto. Nos fue a buscar al pueblo y en todo momento ha demostrado su buena disposición y generosidad. Si volvemos por esa zona, intentaremos repetir. Tolles Haus mitten in der Natur

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne und ruhige Wochen in dem Haus verbracht! Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön in der Natur. Ein Auto ist aber unbedingt notwendig, da der Weg bis zum nächsten Ort etwas zu weit zum laufen wäre. Dafür ist es unglaublich ruhig, die Vermieterin steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und ist sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für alles, für den frischen Salat bis hin zu den Lissabon Tips! Im Haus findet man alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. In der Gegend gibt es sehr schöne, und im Juni noch leere, Strände, an der Küste und auch vom Ort Cercal ausgehend schöne Wanderwege. Auch im Ort Cercal ist auf den zweiten Blick viel zu entdecken. Wer einen ruhigen und naturnahen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Erholung pur

Wir haben eine ruhige Bleibe fern von Hektik und Massentourismus gesucht und hier gefunden. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Bebilderung, die Ausstattung, besonders die der Küche, lückenlos. Kein Verkehrslärm trübt die Nachtruhe, einzig die Grillen sind zu hören. Die Gastgeberin stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Unsere Tage füllten wir mit Faulenzen und Tagesausflügen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Wer seinen Alltag hinter sich lassen will und wieder Luft zum Atmen braucht, kommt hier auf seine Kosten.

Maison au calme, reposante au milieu de la nature.

Nous avons passé, ma famille et moi, une semaine magnifique dans cette maison accueillante et dépaysante. Tout correspondait à la description. Situation géographique parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent comme nous le calme et la sérénité mais tout en profitant des jolies plages de Vila Nova de Milfontes ou celles de Porto Covo (Notre petit coup de coeur) qui se situent entre 15 et 20 km. La Cote Atlantique est magnifique à faire aussi jusqu'à Sagres et le phare de Saint Vincent tout ceci en à peine 2h de route tout comme la possibilité de profiter des parcs aquatiques de l'Algarve qui ouvrent tous vers 10h du matin. Evelyn est une personne charmante et qui sait recevoir ses hôtes avec gentillesse. Elle est venu nous chercher à Cercal pour nous emmener dans ce petit havre de paix. C'est une personne disponible et discrète. Elle nous a fait profiter de sa connexion internet lorsque cela était nécessaire et même de son imprimante. Je recommande cet endroit à tous les amoureux de la nature et qui souhaitent profiter du sud du Portugal comme nous sans être étouffé par le tourisme de masse de la cote d'Algarve.
