Come enjoy your holidays with family or friends in a pretty Creole villa, located in height, well ventilated and enjoying a large terrace with wide sea views on one side and the mountain on the other.
The recently built house offers all modern comforts, good bedding, and is close to all the amenities necessary for the success of your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen opens via a shutter door on a large L-shaped terrace where you can relax in a pleasant and quiet.
Ideally located in the north of the Basse Terre between the sea (the Grand Cul de Sac Marine Sanctuary with its coral reef, its islands and mangrove) and the mountain (Guadeloupe National Park), you will be spoiled for choice for your activities between boat trip or hike, or choose a new beach every day! Nature lovers or sportsmen will have pleasure to evolve in these varied landscapes. Duzer is located between the commune of Sainte Rose and its port, and Deshaies appreciated for its typically Creole huts, and nestled at the bottom of a bay protected by the mountain.

Ideal if you are looking for a change of scenery and rest in the tropics!

Wonderful Vacation Home
I stayed at the Villa Bleue for roughly two and a half weeks with my baby, my husband and my parents. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. We spent most of our time out on the veranda by the pool. The villa is a short drive to many beautiful beaches. We were very pleased with our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Séjour à Ste rose
Semaine très agréable dans une maison très accueillante et fidèle aux photos de l’annonce. Le cadre très verdoyant. Belle vue sur la mer et les palmiers. Beaucoup de fleurs dans le jardin. Nous avons pu visiter basse terre comme prévu, la maison étant bien située pas trop loin des sites et plages. Merci pour cette belle semaine

Das gesamte Paket ( Austattung, Sauberkeit, Wohnungsschnitt, Gastgeber ) für diese Unterkunft war absolut TOP. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommrende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. L'ensemble du package (équipement, propreté, agencement de l'appartement, hôte) pour ce logement était absolument TOP. Des hôtes très sympathiques, arrangeants et serviables. Nous avons été très satisfaits.

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 2 familles. Les espaces sont grands et la maison est bien équipée. Une chambre est traversante pas très pratique pour l’intimité des uns et des autres mais chaque pièce donne un accès à l’extérieur. Quelques portes grincent ce qui peut gêner quand on a des heures de coucher et lever différents. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et de la grande piscine.

Belle villa bien équipée
Villa bien équipée et bien située à la campagne tout en étant à proximité des commerces et des plages. Le chemin d’accès en tuf est assez chaotique et il y a (pour nous) un peu trop de vis à vis avec une maison mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d’excellentes vacances. On recommande cette villa pour des vacances en famille.

Excellent séjour et très belle maison bien adaptée pour 2 familles. Une chambre traversante mais gérable au quotidien. Excellent niveau de propreté. Très bon emplacement pour visiter basse terre (de bonne heure grâce aux coqs locaux😅). On recommande.

Villa Bleue
Villa Bleue was a very relaxing place to spend the month of November. The house is spacious and well designed with sweeping views over the countryside. There is a fully functional Ikea kitchen and spotlessly clean bathrooms. The hosts Giani and Salvija could not be more helpful and Papi spoiled us with lots of fresh coconuts. The only area of improvement, for safety’s sake would be the addition of a handrail for access to the swimming pool.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est parfaitement équipée, confortable et la déco est charmante. La piscine est un vrai plus, la vue y est superbe, entourée de végétation. Propriété qui correspond bien à la description.: bien aménagé, bien équipé, très propre, environnement calme et bien situé. L'accueil et le dévouement de Salvia a été très apprécié. La rencontre avec la propriétaire ainsi que le gentleman Garry a été fort enrichissant. Merci nous avons passé un excellant séjour espérant pouvoir y revenir un jour. Des pèlerins du Québec.

Vue superbe sur les montagnes et la mer
La villa bleue est une très belle maison la vue est splendide ainsi que le jardin et la piscine. Le voisin est adorable ( parent du propriétaire) il nous a fait gouter l'eau de noix de coco qu'il nous a ceuillie de son jardin. Apres nous sommes un peu loin du bas de basse terre , il faut prevoir de doubler le temps de trajet en pleine saison... par contre c'est idéal pour aller sur Deshaies. Petit point à noter une salle de bain est commune à deux chambres et qu'il faut passer par la salle de bain et la deuxieme chambre pour aller dans la cuisine, après le plus simple est de passer par l'extérieur, c'est plus gerable en famille qu'entre amis ... après nous avions eu le plan de la maison par les propriétaires. Je recommande pour la location de voitures les voisins : grj.location Nous avons été accueillis par la belle -sœur du proprietaire Salvija, qui était adorable . Nous recommandons cette location. Dernière petite chose , c'est en campagne donc les coqs 🐓 sont bien là et chantent bien la nuit 😊
