• Usage for golf includes daily play for any four people staying in the villa. Only the cart fee is required for each player.
• Tee times are subject to availability.
• Reservations may be made 24 hours in advance.
• Southwind Management Corp. requires the names of all golfers staying in the villa who will play golf one (1) week prior to vacation arrival.
• Owners failing to use reserved tee times will be subject to a “no show” fee as published by Heritage.


Tennis privileges are at Port Royal Racquet Club Har-Tru and hard courts only, excluding: 9:00am to 11:00am daily.
• Usage for tennis includes one hour of free court time per day.
• Reservations for tennis may be made 24 hours in advance.
