La Vita Villa #1 is a bright, modern holiday home designed with families in mind, offering everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay near the coast.
Ideally situated in Pernera, the villa is just a short walk from family-friendly beaches, local shops, casual restaurants, and laid-back cafés. It’s a great spot for days out in the sunshine and evenings spent exploring the local area together.
Outside, there’s a private pool for cooling off, a shaded seating area beneath a generous pergola, and a swinging chair that kids will love. There’s also an outdoor shower, a built-in BBQ for easy meals, and off-road parking for peace of mind.
Inside, the villa offers plenty of space across two floors. The living area is set up for family downtime, with comfy seating, a large flat-screen TV, satellite channels in various languages, and a DVD player. WiFi is included, and the dining area comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is well equipped for family meals and includes a breakfast bar. A guest WC with shower is located just off the kitchen.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, all with blackout blinds and air-conditioning to help everyone get a good night’s sleep. Two guest bedrooms share a modern family bathroom, and the master bedroom includes its own en-suite and access to the sun terrace—a quiet spot for parents to unwind.
Travelling with little ones is made easier thanks to optional baby and toddler safety extras, which can be arranged before arrival and will be ready for you when you get there. From stair gates to baby cots, everything is designed to help your stay run smoothly.
