In order to operate vacation rentals within this residential building, we are required by Belltown Court to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for all guests. Our Belltown Court Condos also require personal check-in service, which will be arranged with our Greeter prior to your arrival, and signed acknowledgment of the Belltown Court community rules.

Needs work...

We had a mixed experience during our stay at this property. The view from the unit and the location were great, as it was central to the attractions we wanted to visit. The layout worked well for our group of five. The lobby was nice, and the coffee shop outside the building was a convenient bonus. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Maintenance staff from Vacasa were responsive, but many issues could not be resolved during our stay. The floors upstairs were dirty, and the bedspread had noticeable dirt. The main floor shower lacked a plastic curtain, and the water heater only allowed for two short showers before running out of hot water. The unit was cold upon arrival (58F) and took hours to heat up and never reached more then 66. There was only one small heater for the entire living space, and the baseboard heaters in the office and bedroom didn’t work. The living room window was broken, letting cold air in. We also had issues with lights not working, a peeling office chair, and a TV that wouldn’t stream. The neighborhood felt safe during the day but not at night. Communication with Vacasa was frustrating, as they only contacted us via text, and our VRBO messages went unanswered for days. This unit has potential, but the maintenance issues made it hard to enjoy our stay, and we wouldn't recommend it until these problems are addressed.

Great Location, Great Property

There was a hiccup with our checkin. Had to wait until 4:45 and we’re passed to 3 different people to meet us for check in. But it happens. This property is fantastic! Great location, very spacious apartment. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Great Location & View

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place was comfy and cozy and had more than enough space for the 2 of us. It’s located right in the heart of this bustling city and in a great neighborhood with a walkable distance from all the local bars, restaurants and shops. Everything is so close by. Most of the cool monuments and touristy activities are a quick, 10-15 minute drive away. The place was clean and neat upon arrival and our host provided great communication as far as directions and instructions for our stay. We really got lucky finding this place and at such a great rate. We’re absolutely in love with Seattle and will be back very soon! Hopefully this place will be available then. We’d love nothing more than to stay here again! Thank you Ashley for making our trip so much more special with your beautiful home!

Property has potential

This property has potential. It is located in a great spot, convenient to Pike Place Market as well as the Space Needle and all of the surrounding attractions. Secure parking is also available which is helpful considering the otherwise limited parking options in the area. Where this property falls short is in the oversight/maintenance of it. When we arrived several of the lights did not work and several of the shades were inoperable (in fact one was broken and laying on the floor). The internet was unreliable and did not work for a significant portion of our stay. We called and reported all of these items, but received no follow up on the main issue we had requested support for which was the internet. We were told someone would handle it and get back to us, which did not happen. There were a few other minor issues, things like a desk chair showing significant wear and an odd assortment of utensils (20 spoons but 2 forks). From our perspective, all of these issues are addressable and if addressed would elevate the experience at this property. Until that point, we would likely not return.

Good stay, but safety concerns

Our stay was overall pretty comfortable, however we had some safety concerns that were not disclosed in the property description. Since the building does not have central air conditioning, the owners put AC units in the bedrooms and living room which is great. However, the way they are vented to the outside posed a safety risk, since the windows are large and either slide or crank out to open. The lower floor windows have plexi glass covering the opening of the windows, but the upstairs bedroom (which is the slider) just had the screen cut to place the hose. This is a large window that has to be open about 18 inches to fit the exhaust hose, in a 7th floor unit. It just made our group a little easy to have such large openings and felt it is something that should be noted when booking this unit. Additionally with the busy area and nightclub below, having a window open all night even with the AC running and a sound machine, it is very noisy between 10pm-2am. Overall, the unit could have been a bit more tidy (floors were a little dirty and some surfaces were dusty), but the check in process was great and the team that checked us in were very helpful. In unit laundry and a garage parking spot were great to have. Bedding and towels were clean and it was nice that they had extras on hand. Being in a busier area of the city, we walked around a lot and always felt safe. There are also a ton of great restaurants and bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance.

Walk to all the near by attractions.

It’s everything you would expect in a City location. Sandwiches between a local grocery, bars and bakery/sandwich shop and numerous restaurants within minutes by foot. City life abounds with homeless and noise, sleepless in Seattle is the name of the game. Accommodations were safe and secure. Condo represents as described however steps to upstairs room were tough. Some maintenance was required and internet was spotty. Overall suited our needs. Marijuana fumes were strong with windows or sliders open. Staff was as helpful as could be to help where they could.

Could do with some repairs

Great location, easy walk to the piers, pike market or the space needle. Lots of food around, morning croissant or evening dinner. Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna.

Dirty!

Cleanliness seriously need to be addressed! The bedding was disgusting and was not washed. There was pink goopy mess on the comforter and sheets upstairs and downstairs sheets had dried on gunk as well. There were no extra clean sheets in the house or provided during our stay. We had to launder and wipe down kitchen and living area counters ourselves! The coffee maker had an old filter in it full of old grounds. The floors had not been swept or mopped, there was sticky spots on the flooring in areas of the home. The bathroom appeared to be the only areas truly cleaned. Other than the complete lack of cleanliness this place is amazing! I would give 5/5 star for overall location, security of building and instructions for check in/out.

Perfect Location and Great View

On a college graduation trip with my great niece, Vacasa was the perfect place for us! Wonderful views of the Bay, and unit design provided me with space to get up early while niece had her own space upstairs. We did not rent a car and were perfectly located to walk to so many attractions all around us, including Pike's Place Market in one direction and Space Needle in the other. Delicious and varied restaurant options all around us as well. Highly recommend!

Outstanding view

This property is a keeper the view was great beds were awesome sleeping arrangements, fit myself to adult children and three grandchildren with room to spare kitchen as well stocked. We did need more linens and got them very promptly property manager was easily accessible. The downside is there’s only one parking spot, but the upside was there was lots of street parking and you can take a train from the airport here and walk to everything you need to get to and did I mention the view out the windows! You might want to use a fan at night if you don’t like the street noise and during the spring or summer with the windows open, it might be a little loud as there are nightclubs and pubs underneath your windows, but that doesn’t bother you. This is an excellent choice.

Seattle perfection

Super cool place in the heart of town. We went to all the games and were able to scooter it all over town. The UW QB is very impressive and my colleagues were very impressed with the Seahawks cheerleading squad. Awesome time.

Disappointed

The location and views are fantastic. But the condo itself is in need of serious updating. We found linens in washer and dryer. The starter kit for arrival was not provide so no dish soap , no bath toiletries …nothing. The mattresses are not comfortable, old. The linens are old and worn. The sheet on the king bed is so old you could see thru it and was full of hair. Apparently is was not clean. The duvet insert with no cover is all stained and disgusting. The AC unit has a pan and it was full of water, overflowing and the electric cable sitting in it. For what we paid I expected better. Very disappointing.

Extremely Overpriced and Terribly Outdated

All 3 AC units were broken, screens torn, closet doors broken, poor lighting, broken futon bed, rented for 6 guests but only 5 towel sets, listed to sleep 7 and even 6 was a stretch with broken futon. 83 degrees at check in and 79 when trying to go to sleep. What really made it worse, it took 3 nights before response from management and nothing was ever fixed ! Shameful !

Spectacular views

The property was clean and in a great location. Many items in the property were not functioning- fan, dishwasher. We arrived during an unexpected heat wave and it was really hot- but we could not plug in all of the air conditioners because it would trip the breaker. Otherwise beautiful place.

AC not Working w Excessive Heat Warnings

Noah, the on-site contractor, was responsive and greeted us upon our arrival. It was apparent the maintenance of the unit was sub-par; 2 of the 3 AC units were not operable. After effort we got 2 of them working yet, the unit in the master bedroom did not work. We asked for a fan; it was hot which did not make for a good night’s sleep. The place needed painting, floors were scuffed terribly, ceiling tan didn’t work, etc. we tried to open the windows/doors at night yet the street noise was excessive. Next time, we will be in a hotel.
