Beautiful home overlooking North End

Situated on the North end of the island, this house is adjacent to the Hodge greenways and Clayhead Trail, and a short walk down the hill to Settler's Rock, Sachem Pond and the North Lighthouse. The large, rolling lawn, surrounded by stone walls is the perfect place for kids to run and roam, play a game of whiffle ball or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Rinse off after the beach in the convenient outside shower.

The large wrap-around deck offers outdoor dining, rockers, chaises, hammock and a conversation area with gas grill. Inside, the first floor space is surrounded by windows and French doors to bring the outdoors inside. The sunny vaulted ceiling great room offers gorgeous views, plenty of comfortable seating in coastal colors, bar with mini fridge, flatscreen tv and a large brick wood-burning fireplace. A desk with extra monitor and wifi are available for those who need to squeeze in some work time. The adjacent eat-in kitchen has all the necessary amenities including granite countertops and stainless appliances. Seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 at breakfast bar. A full bath with shower is also located on this level. The private master bedroom is located by itself on the floor above. It is a cozy retreat with queen bed and features its own private balcony with cafe table/chairs. The lower level features three more nicely appointed bedrooms, 2 with ceiling fans. This level's bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 double and 1 double with additional twin bunk beds. There is also another full bath with tub/shower, laundry room and access to the yard on this floor.
