This mid-century Meiselman has been completely renovated to include modern conveniences without losing the quintessential style of Palm Springs. Private backyard boasts a pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge areas to enjoy unobstructed mountain views!
On a quiet street, just minutes to downtown, this 2,000 sq. ft. home (185 sq. meters) and surrounding property are spacious and well-maintained. The butterfly roof allows for vaulted ceilings with ample windows offering views throughout the house, and plenty of natural light. The home has central AC and heat, and ceiling fans in every one of our 4 bedrooms.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with most pots, pans, and utensils you'll need to cook (or have a private chef come in and do it for you - we're happy to recommend!) We have coffee, spices, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar - all for our guests use! And, the dining room table fits eight easily.
There are also a variety of movies, books, games and puzzles for you to enjoy!
Backyard has beautiful mountain vistas without power lines or telephone poles. Relax in the pool/spa, dine al fresco, enjoy the fire pit or find a quiet space to read. Casa las Palmas has something for everyone to enjoy.
All three TVs in the home are connected to WiFi, allowing you to stream movies and shows. There is a DVD player in the master bedroom.
Our living room has a spacious couch, fireplace and floor to ceiling windows to allow for tons of natural light.
IMPORTANT! Please note rules, guidelines, and regulations required by Owner and Palm Springs City Ordinance.
* Jacuzzi heat included; $85/day to heat the pool, two day consecutive minimum, discounts available for longer stays (recommended October - April).
* $95 early check-in (12PM) or late check-out (3PM), when available, please inquire.
* City of Palm Springs requires guests provide copy of ID to property manager at check-in.
* Sleeps max of 8 adults plus 2 children 12 or under
* Daytime occupancy limit of 12 guests.
* Renters must be a responsible age of 25 and over.
* Renters must have the most absolute respect for neighbors.
* Noise Ordinance - No outside music permitted. Quiet hours 10 PM to 10 AM.
* No Smoking, Parties, or Events.
* No Pets
* Only 2 cars allowed in the driveway and only 2 on the street.
* Guests agree to follow all of the "Good Neighbor" Policies set forth by the City of Palm Springs, a copy of which will be provided to you and is posted in the house.
It's important that all licensed rentals in Palm Springs follow rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, payment of hotel taxes, no outdoor music, insuring renters are of age 25 or over, and actual contract signed by a responsible renter. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate eviction with no refund, loss of deposit, and possible further legal action.
