Apartment 7 of Villa Simone (F2) flexible with apartment 6, communicating with balcony. It is located 200 meters from the beach, 50 meters from the market square and close to the train station and all amenities. Parking is free around the villa if you are arriving by car. Equipped kitchen; WIFI internet access, TV and DVD player, laundry. Each Villa Simone apartment is flexible and communicates through a double soundproof door. For example, an entire floor can be rented according to the number of beds desired. Provide sheets, if you do not have them they will be provided for a fee. The villa can accommodate our animal friends. Only the electric barbecue is also allowed on the balconies.

Aurait pu être parfait...

Le propriétaire a attendu la dernière minute avant de répondre à mes messages. C'est un peu anxiogène. Accueillis à la Villa Simone par le sourire par un Léo très serviable. L'appartement 7 est conforme aux photographies. La mer est à moins de 5min. La gare à 2 pas. Le parc pour enfants quelques mètres plus loin. Des tables de jardin et des BBQ permettent de manger en plein air. Quelques bémols : la petite salle d'eau n'a pas de VMC. La porte du seul placard s'y trouvant est condamnée par un coffrage. Il n'y a pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires et pas de prise. Pas de volets, store ou rideau occultant dans la chambre. Si vous êtes sensible à la lumière, vous serez debout au petit matin. La cuisine est bien équipée : four, frigo, plaque, micro-onde, cafetière. Mais pas un plat à four, ni un couteau à steak, pas de pichet et pas de bouilloire. Le matelas du BZ n'avait pas d'alèze et il avait un peu (trop) vécu.

Ne correspond nullement au prix que nous avons payé.Pas réussi a obtenir le code Wifi, ni par téléphone ni par SMS ??? Manque beaucoup de chose dans cet appartement: bouilloire, grille pain, plat pour four, couteau de bonne qualité, couteau a pain, planche a découpé, saladier!!!!!!. Très déçu de ce séjour pourtant CHÈRE.

Absolut ungepflegt

Sanitäre Einrichtung katastrophal, Geruch wie im Klärwerk. Nach Reklamation wurde ein Duschkopf montiert, abflussfrei in die Dusche gekippt und Duftspray vorbeigebracht ohne Besserung. Auch das Mobiliar verschlissen, die Küche schmutzig. Sollte auf keinen Fall so vermietet werden und schon garnicht zu einem solch horrenden Preis ( trotz Hochsaison)

Emplacement idéal et accueil au top

Appartement très bien situé, proche des plages et du centre ville. On gare sa voiture devant et on l’oublie. Appartement fidèle aux photos, pas de surprise. L’accueil au top et un bon suivi. Très bon séjour.

Déception sur la prestation.

Une odeur fortetement désagréable se dégage de la salle de bain ! Sdb qui fait aussi toilette collée au lavabo (ce qui n'est pas visible sur les photos),,, La douche italienne ne fonctionne pas sauf au pommeau,, mirror cassé,, Matelas inconfortable. Et vue mer quasi inexistante, au contraire c'est face au train et à un parking camping car.,, Points positifs, cuisine fonctionnelle, et proximité de la mer, de cabourg et Deauville,,

Villa très bien située

Par contre dans la chambre il n’y avait ni volet ni rideau occultant difficile de dormir le matin avec le jour. Nous avons eu un souci de fuite d’eau avec la douche mais qui a été repare à notre départ par Leo
