About this property

Welcome to Paradise.... This brand new condo has been built with every luxurious element in mind. Enjoy panoramic views from your own private deck on the 12th floor where you can read a book or sip a coffee or wine. Venture a few floors up to the stunning rooftop pool/deck/restaurant where you can swim the length of the infinity pool, taking in the sky high view of the city, order a cocktail at the swim up bar and soak up some sun. Our condo is only a 10-15min stroll into town as well!The space is yours while you’re here—so please, make yourselves at home. This condo has comfortable and spacious bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms and beautiful common spaces where you can really relax and take a load off including an oversized deck with the sounds and sights of the ocean and town, a gourmet kitchen you can cook up some local favorite dishes and even a big TV (with satellite!).

The common spaces include a rooftop infinity pool that has plenty of sun loungers, shaded pods, a swim up bar, hot tub and a restaurant. On the 3rd floor you’ll find yet another gorgeous pool with more loungers and a bit more shade, breakfast service and a bar, a hot tub, and a games area. The 2nd floor features a huge gym, with cardio machines facing the view and a spa.Location was everything when we chose this spot for ourselves. We love the quiet this high floor condo brings and the sound of the ocean, but we equally love that we’re just a short stroll into the heart of PV (or a short and cheap taxi home if we’re tired). Zona Romántica (5-10 min) is full of trendy restaurants, bars, beach clubs, art galleries, markets, shows, coffee shops... and so much more. You can eat, drink, shop, take in some unique local culture and even beach it up! All right here.If you are coming with a vehicle, the building offers parking. If not, we suggest an Uber from the airport (cheapest!) or a taxi and then you can walk/taxi/Uber from here during your stay! One of the local busses also comes just past here and can get you into town or down to Boca!
