Nestled within tall southern pines and walking trails. The property is the perfect spot to escape the hustle of busy Charlotte yet close to amenities . If you love the outdoors you will love the peaceful setting of our home. All amenities of home living . Full Kitchen , washer dryer . Many of our guests have been people moving to the area in need of temporary housing, visiting family or escaping the busy life and need a quiet spot to relax. Great for the Family travelling

Great setting in a quieter part of the south yet close to everything one could ever need. Easy to find and had plenty of room to give the family space when needed. Can highly recommend this stay.

Very private, peaceful country setting

The house was very pleasant and private, nestled back on a wooded lot. The beds and rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed grilling out on the back deck. There are no tv’s in the house, which was not an issue for us, but it might be for some. Would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet place easy to access all major interstates.

Very nice place with a great walking trail wooded. I would recommend this place to anyone. Kitchen and supplies were very good. I will stay again.

Peaceful wooded setting. Large roomy house with 4 bedrooms. Great place to spend the evening with a glass of wine on the back deck.

Beautiful Property

We were so grateful for our time on this property. It was quiet and hidden, yet close to so many places that we did feel like we were disconnected from shopping and restaurants. Todd and Antoinette were amazing hosts and we could not be more appreciative of them! Hight recommend this property.

Spacious and clean

Check in was easy, lots of space for family and dogs to run and have fun! Todd and his neighbors make sure you have everything you need to feel safe and at home during your entire stay! Close to shopping and food! Can’t say enough great things about this home!

Brief visit with my brother

Very nice property, but without televisions. Fortunately, there was WiFi available and we had iPads....and also kept busy with family. We would definitely stay there again. Having a fenced in yard was great for our small dogs!

Great house with lots of potential

Our overall stay was very nice. While we would love to give the house 5 stars, it just wasn’t for us due to some minor “housekeeping” issues when we first arrived. Although the owner was very quick to respond to our concerns, we still needed to fix them ourselves. The house is exactly as described and pictured and is very well stocked with linens, towels and various other supplies. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house or property as we visited with friends during the day and only stayed here at night. We would definitely stay in this house again when in the area and would recommend it to others.

Great place to get away from it all

This property is really nice if your looking for a home away from the busy city life and just need a breath of fresh air. You will find all the essentials at the home for cooking, cleaning, bath, etc.. It has excellent WIFI services for those needing to remain connected. I only had a few minutes contact with the owner, but it was productive and there is a list of contacts should you need to reach anyone. Not the place for city or if you want to set and watch TV. The home, thankfully, does not come with Television few board games and nature, peaceful and quiet. I understand they permit pets here, I am looking to be in the area again in January and if this home is available, be a loction I will stay with my dog. The pictures show a tub w/jets. It is here but is not functioning and few lights are a bit tricky as the switch is starting to go and a reminder to future renters, the doors to lock behind you when going out on the back patio … so remember to take a key or cell phone :}. The time went by fast, too quickly. Hope those looking for a place in YORK, not far from the larger citys and just far enough away … consider staying here

Great Getaway!

We were having our home remodeled and needed a home for 10 days. We definitely lucked out with this rental! Hospital close by that we unfortunately needed. Love the huge fenced yard for our dogs! Very helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!

Month long stay for work.

The property is a great blend of private and remote while being located a short drive from many activities. The home has a well equipped kitchen with all the dishes and items to cook full meals. There is no TV but the WIFI is very capable of streaming on multiple devices simultaneously. The washer and dryer are full size. The master suite has a shower and a large tub with another 1/2 bath on the first floor. The home also has a great stock of additional bed linens and towels for an extended stay.

HURRICATION

We have to evacuate in a hurry due to a hurricane. Todd was great about working with us. We enjoyed our time at the property! Close to big towns, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Secluded but close to everything!

My husband and I stayed at Carolina Tranquility, with our very small dogs, for a few nights, we wish we could’ve booked for longer. The house has EVERYTHING, except a TV but we didn’t miss it at all. The beautiful tall pines up the driveway & in the back yard are gorgeous & give the property an amazing smell. Morning coffee on the back deck was quiet and relaxing. The master bedroom, bed was super comfortable, almost felt like sleeping in a cloud. The home owners, Todd and Antoinette, we extremely easy to work with and we’re very responsive to all my questions. The property caretakers, Tony and Bessy, were so sweet and helpful. We certainly felt maximum Southern Hospitality! Would definitely recommend staying at Carolina Tranquility!

We bought in York area because it was a perfect connection through Charlotte. We love nature and the peaceful setting of the farm community With a Christmas Tree farm across the street, Mr & Mrs Ashe's (Our Neighbor) Cows, and other neighbors Horses it's amazing to see the beauty and nature. We love the hiking trail and feeding carrots to our Neighbors horses
