Large terrace of 100 m2, facing south, overlooking garden of 3000 m2 with heated pool (9x4 m) covered back and before season. Plus: A family of 5 can even be isolated in an adjoining part of the main house (private garden with round above ground pool (diameter 4,60m). Nort sur Erdre: green holiday resort. 30 minutes by car: Nantes capital of the Pays de la Loire South west, 1 hour by car La Baule, Croisic, the salt marshes of Guérande, Brière ... To the east: Angers and the chateaux of the Loire. North: Rennes, capital of Brittany Loire Atlantique: a department to discover!
