Loved it!

Had a great time, house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fantastic and the owner Nick was very quick to respond.There was 8 of us and we all fit comfortably and the boys loved playing pool.

Amazing weekend

Recently stayed at the house, arrived to clean and well maintained property, everything was labeled, made it easy to figure out what’s what.. coffee station had k cups and fresh beans, fireplace/TV room was super cozy and made for a great spot to watch the game.. had issues with the hot tub, but after some tinkering (with the owners approval) got it up to 101 perfect the cold nights. Property is pet friendly, and has a nice sized backyard for the dog to run around and enjoy. Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the sounds of nature. 10/10 recommend.

Quiet getaway in the mountains

We loved our time at Heaven in the Mountains! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The location is close to shopping and the freeway - lots of things to do within just a few minutes of the home. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Heaven in the Mountains

The house is older, but comfortably furnished.2 bedrooms are very small. One with no dresser. We could have used more waste baskets. The TV was very difficult to manage. The back yard was a sea of pine needles & cones on top of small lava rocks. A back deck would have been nice! We never used the hot tub. The drive way was as steep as My Everest. We never got use of the garage. However the coffee options were nice!

Flagstaff VRBO

House-not as nice as it looks in the VBRO pictures. Needs a lot of paint touch ups. The pool table is nice, but stained and torn, AND, it is too close to the window. The Ping Pong attachment is very inefficient. The remotes are a little difficult to understand and recommend more directions on those. Furniture is cluttered and dated. No blind in the den (fireplace room). Cords for the TV were not attractive. The AC was hard to turn off. (yet in the directions, there is no AC?) Yard is unkempt. The drive way is tough to get into and out of. I can't imagine trying to manage it in the winter. BBQ is excellent and the Jacuzzi was great. For the money we paid, we expected a four star vs this two star VRBO. The neighbor hood is not what we expected. I had trouble at times communicating with Nick. They do need a new can opener. Theirs is shot.

Nice spacious house in a lovely neighborhood

We enjoyed the house and jacuzzi. It is spacious and clean and was located in a nice area. Downtown is short drive away and you can easily do a day trip to the Grand Canyon or Sedona. It was a perfect stay for us. The smaller room beds are a little soft and could use updating soon. Carla's communication was great! I would highly recommend a stay here especially for a group.

Great location in nice neighborhood

Good location for us to make our daily treks to visit several national parks and monuments. Also easy drive to Sedona without all the tourists traffic of Sedona. The cool evenings were perfect to relax in the hot tub.

Easter weekend with my son at NAU

Our plan was to have a relaxing get away to play games, enjoy the hot tub, and eat some of my son's favorite meals that he misses while at college. This home was the perfect place to do just that and no disappointment! The kitchen had plenty of accessories if we forgot to bring anything, the pool table and games available were awesome. The hot tub was clean and so nice after a beautiful snow fall the night before. We also just relaxed in front of the fireplace in the evenings. The fireplace is located in the living area where the fire was nice and cozy warm. (Even turned the heat down in the home) Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, and appreciated the open communication with the host the entire time we were visiting. The morning after we received about 8 inches of snow, someone came late morning to shovel the driveway and a path to the hot tub, even though it was Easter Sunday. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great time with Family

We are 5 adults, 1teen and one child. Lots of space for all of us. Great to relax in the hot tub after a long day hiking. Lots of games for the kids and well stocked with what we needed to make dinners and breakfast. Would stay here again.

Relaxing and beautiful

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with cookware, bedding, towels, games, etc. The grounds and neighborhood were wonderful. After a day full of skiing, we enjoyed the hot tub and pool table while grilling our dinner then settled on the couches and relaxed infront of the fireplace while watching a movie before settling in the comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. We cant wait to stay here again, only next time we will stay for more then 2 nights!

Beautiful house with everything you'll need

Stayed at this house for our annual snowboard trip, so the hot tub was great! It was very clean, with thorough instructions to keep it that way. The living room had a wonderful gas fireplace that gave the room a very comfortable feel from the heat. The pool table and all the games were great for the adults and the kids. Carla was very responsive and had great communication. Definitely recommend!

Location of this home is great. The home itself is a little dated with a mixture of decor that doesn't flow with old furniture that could use some updating - dirty / stained pillows on sofas, rugs worn, dirty baseboards with dust everywhere. Pool table has seen better days with duct tape on felt, grill is rusted out, etc. Could use a good deep cleaning for sure. Kitchen was well-equipped and the hot tub was a nice treat - we have to shovel over 2 ft of snow to get to it when we were told by owner that a pathway would be cleared before arrival.
