ottimo appartamento

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per un mese in luglio 2023, l'ho trovato molto comodo con due bagni e due camere molto grandi, un balcone e una terrazza a piano terra bellissima, molto ben fornito di tenda parasole due sdraio comodissime, super accessoriata in cucina, doccia molto comoda letti comodi, leggermente duri ma ci si dorme bene, calcolando che io ho problemi di schiena. Piscina bellissima e ben curata. zona molto calma e carina. Peccato per i ristoranti che scarseggiano in loco e non si mangia molto bene da quasi nessuna parte, ma noi non facciamo testo, siamo italitani :) . La consiglio vivamente.

Séjour Plongée en Novembre

Logement correspond à la description : propre, fonctionnel, une belle terrasse arrière. Un élément pas précisé : le couloir aérien d'atterrissage est éloigné d'à peine 500m, on entend les avions. Emplacement idéal pou le golf et à environ 10 min des spots de plongée de Las Galetas et Los Christianos

Schöne

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Das Apartment ist mit allen ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger für einen Urlaub braucht. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Backofen und Gefrierschrank hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gibt es keinen Bäcker oder Supermarkt denn man fussläufig erreichen kann, daher fanden wir den Gefrierschrank sehr hilfreich. Für einen Ausflug zum Strand gibt es Schirme, Stühle usw. im Appartement. Die Terrasse am Wohnzimmer hat eine angenehme Größe für 4 Personen und es geht immer ein angenehmer Wind. Der Pool ist schön groß und war stets sauber, die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Rosy und Charles waren sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns bei kleineren Problemen gerne weiter geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amarillo Golf

Great value. Needs some updating. Having stayed from 16th March to 21st April 2022 and not wishing to hire a car we found the buses were just that bit too far away. Weather was mostly good so we could explore the island once we were on the buses as the services were good. The apartment was mainly as described, however there is no view of the golf course only a high wall. The golf is expensive to play and I have advised the owner as to how he may be able to reduce these costs for other golfers. On the whole we had a wonderful time.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this very well equipped apartment. Unfortunately, we had an emergency while there the information folder did not include any way of getting in touch with HELP! Eventually, this problem got solved but with some anxiety. We had a problem with mosquitoes but everything was on hand, plug-in repellants, sprays, and swotters. It would have been helpful to have had a little more information to use the cooker hob and the washing machine although the owner was contactable by email.

Great Location

Despite our trip being interrupted by the coronavirus, we really enjoyed this condo. Great location and well equipped for our 4 week stay. We found it safe and comfortable and could walk to several bars and restaurants. Charles was easy to deal with and it was a positive experience all round.

A spacious and well maintained property, with attractive gardens and pool area, in a quiet location

We enjoyed the peaceful location next to a scenic golf course. The front balcony has the morning sun and is great for breakfast. The rear patio benefits from a wind-out awning. The apartment is well - equipped. The pool area is very close by but any noise doesn't impinge. There are regular aircraft arriving at the nearby airport during the day but not audible at night. The daytime noise didn't bother us. The coast is a 2 minute walk away and provides attractive walks in both directions. There are small stony coves where you can swim and snorkel when the sea is calm. Amarilla, with several restaurants, is a 15 minute walk via the marina where submarine trips go from. There is a handy, but a little pricey, supermarket a 3 minute walk away with surrounding bars and restaurants. The Aires bar on site was closed as it is up for sale. Our weather was excellent - it is very dry and sunny here but not at all humid. The mid Feb temperatures ranged from 21 to 27 during the day but cooled nicely at night so sleeping was not a problem. Both bedrooms have fans for the hotter times of year. We didn't use them.There are very good views of Teide and the mountains from the property and pool area. We had a car so the island was ours to explore - the main motorway is a few minutes drive and provides access in all directions. There is a very large local supermarket at the roundabout near the motorway. Good place to shop. We enjoyed visiting El Medano's beach, when the wind wasn't blowing too hard. It is only 10 minutes or so by car. Great, safe place to swim and do water sports in the waves. Nice restaurant and bar, 'Flashpoint', away from the main beach. Similarly, El Pertuito, is a nice beach with a restaurant and plenty of parking and a renowned snorkeling spot. It is near playa Paraiso but away from the purpose built accommodation and shops etc. Such places, perhaps the more authentic Tenerife, are well worth seeking out and the apartment is well placed to do that. If you want a livelier time there are bars with live music and Sky sports round the corner. Overall we loved the healthy climate of the island and the food, whether eating out or self-catering using local produce. Would definitely return.

Heerlijk genoten

Met 3 volwassenen een heerlijke maand in dit fijne appartement. Alles was zuiver, zonnige terrssen, tv met bvn, voldoende werkende wifi, prettige woonomgeving. We voelden ons thuis en veilig. Koen graag weer een keer terug. Prettig kontakt met de eigenaars; Charles en Rosy nogmaals dank voor jullie zeer aangename appartement. Herman, Will en Annie.

Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Wir haben 1 ganzen Monat in diesem tollen Appartement verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir haben jeweils auf der Ostterrasse gefrühstückt und auf der Westterrasse zu Abend gegessen - beide Terrassen sind mit Tisch und Stühlen eingerichtet und haben einen seitlichen Ausblick hinunter zum Meer und hinauf zum Teide-Vulkan! Was will man mehr?! Auch die Poollandschaft, in nur 100 m Distanz zum Appartement, hat uns sehr gut gefallen (sauber und gepflegt)! In Gehdistanz gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit breitem Angebot. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die grossen Supermärkte (Mercadona, Hyperdino, Lidl...). Die Lage ist ideal für Meerliebhaber und Golffreunde. Aber auch als Basis für lange Meerspaziergänge und andere Wanderungen auf der Insel empfehlenswert! Wir danken den Vermietern Charles und Rosy ganz herzlich, dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrem Appartement verbringen durften und werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Très agréable

L'appartement est très confortable; spacieux et propre : 2 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain, un séjour/cuisine agréable donnant sur une belle terrasse qui permet de profiter du soleil. L'environnement est agréable, la piscine est très proche de l'appartement et parfaite pour se délasser en rentrant des excursions au Téide, Santa Cruz, los Gigantes ou les plages de galets noirs. Cette location est très bien située, proche du golf et de la mer ; l'accès est facile vers l'autoroute, les zones de commerce ou vers le petit village de Los Abrigos et ses restaurants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement tant au niveau des prestations que pour sa situation pour profiter de Tenerife.

ottima scelta

L'appartamento e' ben tenuto, pulitissimo e ben accessoriato (solo in cucina magari ci vorrebbe qualche pentola/padella in piu'). Nei due bagni addirittura sono disponibili docce con idromassaggio. Grande televisore in soggiorno e anche in una delle due camere, sebbene non siano disponibili canali in Italiano, c'e' una buona scelta di canali francesi e tedeschi, oltre che spagnoli, alcuni dei quali e' possibile ascoltare in inglese. La terrazza/giardino e' molto piacevole e vivibile, con tavolo, sedie e dondolo. La piscina, che abbiamo utilizzato solo mezza giornata, prima dell'aereo di rientro, e' piacevole, pulita e abbastanza grande. Il posto e' molto ben tenuto, all'interno di un campo da golf, a pochi passi dal mare, dove c'e' una bella passeggiata tutta lungo costa. un piccolo supermarket a pochi passi, cosi' come un bar/ristorante/pizzeria italiano e un irish pub. Il proprietario non si trova sull'isola, pero' ha una persona di fiducia, alla quale rivolgersi in caso di problemi (noi abbiamo avuto un problema con le avvolgibili elettriche e il giorno successivo lo hanno prontamente sistemato). Ottima scelta e ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Relaxing holiday

We spent a month in this pebble village in Amarilla golf and it was a fantastic month.. The flat is really as you see in the photos perhaps better, it is large , really comfortable , two large bedroom and two bathroom so if you are two couples it is perfect , the living room and the kitchen are spacious and well equipped. There are two large patio terraces where you can have breakfast or dinner just relaxing enjoying the sun or the sunset. The bedrooms and one terrace are situated on the east side, the living room on the west side. There is a path that leads to the sea where thou can have long walks along the promenade until los Abrigos, if you like walking! The golf fields are situated all around . The place is very relaxing , quiet, well maintained the property, the swimming pool ,well equipped ,is only two minutes walking, there is a pub restaurant just 4 minutes and a small supermarket 100 meters far. We rent a car and around the area called Las Chaffiras you can find three big supermarket , Iper Dino, Marcadona, Lidl and many other shops, there is a farmer's market three days a week and in ten minutes you are in los cristianos and it is five km from the airport. The owner was in contact with us through email ready to give us other information but we have had all the information before we left.we had a relaxing holiday and we were so happy that we have already booked for the next year!! Top Appartement

Da wir seit über 20 Jahren die Kanaren beinahe jährlich besuchen, haben wir eine ziemlich gute Vergleichsbasis. Die Wohnung ist überdurschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, wo wir buchstäblich alle Utensilien vorfanden. Klasse! Auch Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Bodylotion, Küchenrolle, Backpapier, Alufolie, Duschgel etc.etc. Man musste nicht sofort ein Rieseneinkauf starten um Alles zu besorgen! Die zwei Terrassen fanden wir auch super; Vormittags die Ostseite, und Mittags die Westseite mit einer Markise und elektrischer Jalusien. Zwei Flachfernseher mit zahlreichen spanischen, französischen, englischen und deutschen Sendern. Dazu noch eigener Wifi. Die Küche erlaubt die Zubereitung vollständiger Mahlzeiten (für uns besonders wichtig, wegen Allergieen bei meiner Frau); also Backofen mit Umluft, zwei Kühlschränke, eine Tiefkühltruhe, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Man fühlte sich auf Anhieb wohl. Die Anlage auch sehr schön und gut gelegen mit einem Schwimmbecken (siehe Vorredner). In der Poolanlage auch ein Trinkwasserspender (gibts auch nicht über all!) gegen geringfügiger Gebühr (ca. 10 Cent pro Liter). Die Besitzer, sehr nette Menschen, haben sich um Alles gekümmert damit uns im Urlaub an Nichts fehlte. Es gibt auch ein Kontakt vor Ort, falls irgendetwas sein sollte. Wir haben unser Urlaub sehr genossen und geben 100% Empfehlung! Danke Charles und Rosy immer wieder gerne! Alicja und Marek

Schöne Wohnung auf Teneriffa

Das Apartment liegt etwa 15 Autominuten vom Flughafen Teneriffa Süd entfernt. Es liegt seitlich der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, aber da die Flugzeuge im Ladeanflug sind stören sie eigentlich nicht. Nacht ist kein Flugbetrieb. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben einem Golfplatz, d.h. die Terasse liegt ungefähr 5 m unter dem Golfplatz. Von dort blickt man auf eine steile Felswand, auf der einheimische Pflanzen wachsen. Eine zweite Terasse geht zur Strasse heraus, davor ist eine Hecke und ein Orangenbaum gepflanzt. Das Apartment hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit amerikanischer Küche, zwei Bäder, eines davon ohne Fenster. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind groß und auch neuwertig. Alles war bei Übergabe sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt zwei TV-Geräte. Eines im Wohnzimmer mit allen möglichen deutschen, englischen und französischen Sendern. Ein zweites Gerät steht in eines der Schlafzimmer mit wenigen Programmen. Das Apartment hat WLAN, das sehr gut und schnell ist. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Jetzt im Winter ist sie auch nicht notwendig. In den Schlafzimmern ist je ein Deckenventilator. Was uns sehr gefreut hat ist, dass die Beleuchtung der Zimmer sehr gut ist. Oftmals sind in anderen Apartments alte Energiesparlampe, die kaum Licht geben. Hier aber ist abends alles schön hell. Auch gehört zu dieser Apartmentanlage ein beheizter Pool, der auch im Winter sehr gut besucht ist, aber nie überfüllt ist, man findet immer eine freie Liege. In der Anlage sind meist englische Residenten, teilweise werden Wohnungen an anderen europäische Urlauber vermietet. Wir haben 2 erholsame Wintermonate verbracht, wir kommen bestimmt nächsten Winter wieder.

superbe appart.

appartement très agréable ,correspond exactement aux photos mais notre activité était surtout externe ,nous avons visite plusieurs endroits de cette belle Île (LOS GIGANTOS, LORO PARQUE, Park National du TEIDE magnifique, une après midi sur catamaran pour observer les cétacés ..... Bien sur nous nous sommes repose et j'ai surtout profite tous les jours de la plage de cailloux noirs j'ai adore ce coin juste a 500 m.de l'appartement derrière le Golf ,j'en ai fait des photos a ne pas m'en lasser... J'y retournerai avec plaisir Marie-Claire

Beautiful place!!!!

Really nice place. Apartment is big, well furnished, really clean and calm. Terrace are really nice also. This is well located, closed to the beach, golf and shops. Hosts are really nice and helpful. I think we will go there another time for my next vacations at Amarilla Golf. This is really good price for this nice location Ann & Peter

Vacances " Farniente

avis sur appartement

je ne garde que le souvenir d'1 très bel appartement où tout les commodités sont présentent et d'1 appartement très propre avec beaucoup de place.Les 2 terrasses(une de chaque côté) permettent d'avoir le soleil au petit déjeuner ainsi que le restant de la journée. La vue correspond réellement aux photos laissées sur le site. P asa de mensonges à ce sujet. Les gens là bas sont très sympathique et le bar juste à côté propose de très bons repas à tarifs très compétitifs ainsi que des animations régulières de jeux et de musique.
