Very nice condo unit within the Wyndham South Shore Resort. Close to Edgewood golf course (2mi), casinos (2mi away), Heavenly Village (2.5mi), Nevada Beach (.5mi), Zypher Cove (2.5mi) , restaurants and groceries (.15mi) and so much more. Unit has a full kitchen, 1-King bed room, 1- 2twin bed room, 1 queen Murphy bed, 1.75 baths and 1,001-1037 sqf. Pictures posted are not of the exact unit, but will match VERY closely. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, with a great nature path heading towards Edgewood Golf Course, Nevada Beach, and the Casinos. Resort has BBQs, very large pool area, multiple jacuzzis, WiFi, and game room. Parking for 1 vehicle included. No trailers or pets.
