Our beautiful newer construction, 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, townhouse is located in Ft. Myers at Health Park, a gated community (24/7 guard on duty). Just a couple miles each from Sanibel causeway, Ft. Myers Beach or Twins training at the Lee County Sports Facility it is perfectly located for shopping, fun in the sun and fine dining. The private screened lanai enjoys a lake view with a lovely fountain. A short walk leads to the heated pool.
A fully furnished kitchen with adjoins a dining area and great room with screened in lanai overlooking the water. Free cable television and access to free high speed internet complete the living room area which is furnished in colorful Florida decor.The Master suite has a queen sized bed, two spacious walk in closets, a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The guest suite offers a queen bed, walk in closet and a private full bath as well. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer finish the second floor. The unit is located on the channel so it overlooks the water on the lanai and master bedroom.
Recently repainted every wall in the place. All new furniture, beds, towels, linens, pillows tvs, etc. Right down to a new toaster and silverware, pots and pans, and a/c.
