Canton First Monday Trade Days
My mom and I came to Canton for the first time as vendors. The property was wonderful and just as the listing said. Very quaint and comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay there!

Adorable Place
My mom and I stayed here during our visit to Canton Market Days and loved it. We didn't realize this was part of a wedding venue with multiple little houses on one property. We had no issues with noise or other neighbors, just wanted to point that out and express how adorable it all was! This house was perfect for 2 people and I think its geared towards the bride's suite bc there were so many mirrors and lights to get ready! We loved the house and decor and the check in and our process was easy. Definitely recommend! *And if you have kids, there is a playground and shared outdoor space with grills, etc.

Comfortable and quiet
We were visiting family in Grand Saline. This property is a good distance away and is clean and quiet. The check in and check out process were both very easy. The cottage is nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Due to the nature of our visit, we did not take advantage of the outdoor community space on the property. However, this property would be good for a family gathering or other event.

Adorable cottage; perfect for a romantic getaway. Serene surroundings and peaceful place to rest!
My husband and I stayed at this cottage during or recent trip to Canton, TX. It's about a 15-minute drive but Grand Saline was also only 5 minutes from our cottage so we grabbed dinner there a couple of nights. I would describe the cottage as "rustic elegance"...an old house with modern charm. The modern sofa and slipper chairs aren't ideal for watching TV/resting after long days at First Monday Trade Days, but we were able to relax even so. I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Place
We loved the little house and the “private dock” . You did have to share the dock but we were able to use it most of the time🥰 also, I thought it guaranteed a bathtub but it was a shower, not a tub. But.....it was a sweet house and we really had fun just relaxing and fishing!!

My husband’s birthday getaway
Our experience at The Venue was satisfactory. Check-in was a little confusing. We weren’t told to expect the key under the mat. We received no communication in regards to a check-in or check-out procedure and ended up calling the owner. There are some instructions in the ‘cabin’ concerning trash, linens, and AC on check-out. The cabin was clean and comfortable and my husband enjoyed a little fishing. It’s a little close to the highway but if I had paid attention to the website, I would have known that. Not the secluded cabin we were hoping for but still a nice getaway.

Weekend get-away
Wife and I wanted a weekend away from the city. Nice location and clean. Check-in and check out instructions were non existent. Took several calls to get basic information. Once received, we were able to enjoy the weekend.

Great country cabin!
We had a wonderful time staying here. Owners were very nice and helpful. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. We enjoyed the quiet evenings in the country and cooking out by the pond. Can’t wait to go back!!

A family’s dream come true. Dean and Darla McMullen grew up in East Texas with a large, close-knit family and plenty of love. Dean is a military veteran who after serving his country, went back to college and graduated with a degree in mathematics. His strong family bond kept him close by in a small town in East Texas, coaching basketball and teaching math. He met his wife of over 25 years, Kelly, who was a school nurse in that same small town and together they raised 4 beautiful kids. After living in Austin for several years, East Texas and family called them both home. Dean’s sister, Darla, and her husband Tommy, started their love story in 2019 with Darla’s two sons and Tommy’s two daughters. Darla has helped create many happy memories for others by providing catering and event planning over the past decade. Combining family, love, and tradition just seemed like a given and so became The Venue at Three Points. A family dream of creating a unique, East Texas getaway!
