Be our guest at Unit 1708 in the Grand Panama Beach Resort! Come lose yourself to the sound of the ocean waves crashing right outside your living room and your primary suite! That’s right, you can wake up in your king bed with the sea greeting you from your separate entrance to the balcony. You will love enjoying your morning coffee with turquoise ocean views, and water so clear you can see right through it. This beachfront property has been so thoughtfully decorated that you will immediately switch into vacation mode right upon entering! Let those worries wash away and have us host your next beach vacation!

Unit 1708 has high-speed WiFi, two Roku smart TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a closet filled with beach chairs for your perfect vacation. The whole family is welcome and will rest comfortably on the twin bunk beds, which the kids will love, and a brand-new sofa bed. The open floor plan and nibe-foot ceilings provide a bright and inviting feel for all.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort has a beachfront pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and pool bar! The Grand Panama Pool Bar offers refreshing cocktails and yummy sandwiches and salads so you can soak up every second of sun on your trip! For a change of scenery, our guests will also have full access to an ocean-view rooftop pool, hot tub, and grills located in Tower II. For fitness enthusiasts, you will also have full access to the fantastic gym located right off the rooftop pool.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort is centrally located so you can easily travel to Pier Park for shopping, or walk to Another Broken Egg Café for brunch. Grab lunch at some of our local favorites. Switch gears and spend the day at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, less than a mile away. More family fun can be had a Wonderworks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, or Ripleys Believe It or Not; all just a couple of miles away! There is nothing like taking a boat ride to Shell Island or deep-sea fishing. So much fun to be had at this destination a week might not be long enough!

Guests will need to directly pay the resort a $50 registration fee upon arrival, which covers parking passes and armbands. Guests may purchase one additional parking pass for $30.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful condo but didn’t seem clean

The floors were dirty and my feet were black after walking around without shoes for about 30 minutes. My granddaughter was crawling on the floor and her knees were filthy. The furniture on the inside and the on the balcony need to be cleaned.

Great Location/Views. Terrible housekeeping.

This unit offers great location and great views of the gulf. The downfalls in this unit is the cleanliness of the unit. Upon arrival the floors looked like they had not been touched, dirty and still had sand. There was trash under the first bedroom so we washed all the linens on both beds when we got there. The walls had something splattered on them that had not been washed. The air filter on the air unit had about 3 inches of dust and looked as if it had not been changed in many months. The bathroom door in the master bath does not shut nor latch. We reached out upon check in to Vacasa but never received anything back. The pool closest to our room was closed due to maintenance the first 4 days of our stay but they said they got the motor fixed on it and got it back operational. As I stated the location and views this unit have are amazing but the housekeeping left it up to the tenants to clean up upon check in.

Not great

The tv in the living room would not work the whole weekend. The hot water went out on the second day. The beds are hard. The headboard in the king room constantly hit the wall while trying to sit on the bed. The experience was not a good one. My company is what made my trip bearable.

Lack of curtains ruined a very emotional trip

I rented this condo for a week so that my children and I could lay to rest my husband, their Daddy. My sisters family came with us. This condo is beautifully decorated as the pictures show. It also sleeps 8 and has high speed internet. The plan was for the children to sleep on the pull out sofa and bunk beds. Unfortunately upon arrival we found that the curtains that are pictured in the living room were not there. There was nothing in the living room to block out the beautiful bright Florida sun. Our children could not go to sleep or stay asleep which forced the adults to sleep on the bunk beds and couch. Absolutely awful. The internet was also terrible. It was constantly going in and out so we couldn’t stream anything on the Roku to entertain the children at night and one of our party members could not do the work required of them. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, we didn’t have pillowcases for the pillows & the couch mattress was stained. We tried contacting VACASA for three days before we heard back from anyone. They sent us to the property owner who sent us back to VACASA. We got the run around for 4 out of 6 days of our vacation. When we finally got a call from VACASA we were offered a $50 discount on our stay or move to a different condominium in a completely different building that may or may not be on the beach. I paid almost $2500 for this condo on the beach. The parking deck was an absolute disaster. Every level has a dead end and there are no signs to help direct you. We got stuck in several traffic jams where vehicles were having to back backwards down the deck. This trip was hard enough for me and my children. I had hoped that we could have at least had a nice, restful, clean place to stay. Will. It ever use VACASA again and do not recommend this condo. I wish I could include photos because I have plenty to share to prove the situation.

Great Rental Horrible Property Management

We loved the property and the views! We started a new Christmas tradition this year by going on vacation to somewhere we hadn't been rather than tons of gifts. This rental was a perfect fit for us and our 6 kids! We loved the pool and access to the restaurants that were close by. However when it came to the property management it was horrible. The day we left my 4 year old son forgot his ipad in the rental and I called immediately when we realize but we were already 4 hours away and stuck in traffic. I asked politely to have housekeeping or a member of the management team to look for it. I was given the run around for a week before they say they went to look for it and didn't find anything. I have tracking on it and to this day still shows that its at the rental. Now i have a devastated 4 year old because they refused to take an extra 10 minutes to find it after i told them exactly where it should be. My only hope is for someone else to rent it and call me for me to pay them to mail it to me.

Beautiful house and beach, service lacking

Beautiful, comfortable and clean accommodations. There were 3 televisions in the condo, none of which worked. No response from staff. Also a surprise to find out there was an additional parking charge of $30 after we got there.

Excellent location and spacious

Loved the double size patio overlooking the ocean. We had brackets to get into the pool and private beach area. Parking was easy and the parking pass is $30 for the entire stay so not bad. Condo was very spacious. No salt/pepper/oil basic pantry items was a bummer but everything else was good.

Property is as described. Plenty of room with bunks and fold out couch. Satisfactory clean. Could definitely use a little elbow grease and maintenance but nothing major. We absolutely love the location. Close to everything. Will definitely stay again. This trip was last minute as a two night stayover on our way to Orlando so it was very confusing thru vrbo then vacasa, then registering with the actual property. Surely somehow those could be combined. Would absolutely make the process alot easier. Overall it was a great stay despite the colder Temps.

Vacassa Rental

Overall, unit was clean and stocked. Sliding glass doors had some streaks from cleaning, which was made more obvious by the fact that the large living room sliding glass doors had NO CURTAIN. This made the living room virtually unusable during the afternoon houts when the sun was blazing in. This should be remedied before rented to someone else.,

Great place to stay

Everything was clean and made us feel like we were at home with a beach view! The only thing that needs some work is the elevators are slow for some reason. Nothing the owner of the condo can control and we would definitely stay there again.

Good for family vacation

Overall the condo was everything a family could need for an extended beach vacation. However, the television in the master bedroom did not work at all. There were no fitted sheets for the king size bed in the master either. We made do with a flat sheet but it was a continuous hassle. Be prepared to wait quite a while on the elevators during peak vacation season.

The master bed sheets were not clean..gross..bed hard as a rock..master bath door does not shut so no way to lock for privacy. The thermostat is locked, so you can’t adjust setting of 75 degrees we called customer service for over an hour never got anyone on the line. Checking in was confusing trying to figure out where to get parking pass, guest helped us not the staff..
