In Capbreton, magnificent new apartment offering quality services and a prime location, a stone's throw from the central beach of Capbreton. On the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, this apartment consists of a living room, dining room opening onto a balcony and a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The night area includes two bedrooms with Queen Size beds in 80 forming large beds in 160 and a bathroom. A private parking space will complete the set.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.

Bel appartement dans un e noroît passant

Super appartement bien situé près du port et bien exposé. Trop près d ailleurs car le matin tôt, les livreurs des restaurants stationnent sous l appartement , et le soir l accès au port pour les véhicules est dévié justement sur la rue de Madrid . La place de parking est souvent bloquée par des véhicules .

Seul détail négatif : forte odeur dans le réfrigérateur, que nous avons combattue en y plaçant une coupe de bicarbonate de sodium Petit détail : Nous y avons oublié une gourde de 1l orange, probablement à la cuisine : pourriez-vous la faire passer à notre fille Stéphanie Coursodon Séjour agréable, merci.

Lamentable!!!!!!!!!!

Habitué de ce logement, j'ai été énormément déçu cette année -Stop parc rouillé impossible de garer mon véhicule -Gros chien dans l'appartement d'a côté qui aboie -Gros travaux en face de l'appartement impossible de manger sur la terrasse et de faire la grasse matinée a cause des nuisances sonores -Vue sur le bras de mer bouchée à cause de l'élévation de l'immeuble en construction Je ne louerai plus cet appartement à 830,00€ la semaine!! PS: de + la semaine suivante était 20% moins cher ( rageant quand même).

Central avec superbe terrasse

Grand appartement très bien situé. Il est bien équipé, et disposer de deux places de parking est un plus appréciable dans ce quartier fréquenté. Pour ceux qui viennent avec des vélos on peut facilement les laisser dans le sous-sol. À savoir pour les draps, il n'y a pas de grand lit : 4 simples.

Dommage .!

Appartement très récent, bien situé, confortable et bien meublé. Des petits défauts de jeunesse : dans les placards les verres sont posés sur des morceaux de papier essuie tout, pas très classe, la seule machine à café fonctionne avec des capsules Dolce gusto, aucun porte-manteaux. Le vrai souci c'est l'accueil inexistant ( clefs à récupérer dans un coffre devant l'agence), il faisait 14 degrés dans l'appart quand nous sommes arrivés car le chauffage était éteint et nous n'avions aucun document expliquant le fonctionnement du thermostat. Idem pour le Wifi, à nous de nous débrouiller pour récupérer la clef de sécurité. Et surtout le ménage n'avait pas été fait : de longs cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain, la cuvette des wc pleine de papier toilette jaunâtre, la poubelle non vidée, beurk ! Restés 3 jours, nous n'avons eu aucune réponse à nos mails réclamant des explications. C'est inadmissible.
