Penthouse with private terrace

Penthouse with 2 private terraces, offering unique views towards the Cathedral. Located in the heart of the historic centre, next to Plaza Nueva, at five minutes walking distance from the Cathedral.

The apartment comprises one large open space which can accommodate 2-4 guests. The sleeping area has a double bed (150x200 cm) and the living area two twin beds (the second single bed is a pull-out stored below the other).

Modern comfort meets traditional Sevillian architecture to create a truly harmonious atmosphere. The interiors are spacious and bright, with windows throughout. The apartment faces south and has sun light for most of the day.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table and chairs.

The marble bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin, and there is a separate toilet.

The living room has a large sofa, table, 2 armchairs and TV. Working desk with a chair. Central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi internet access, marble flooring throughout and original artwork.

There are 2 private terraces. The lower terrace feels like an extension of the apartment and is furnished with table and chairs. The roof-top terrace has plenty of sun, inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, including the Giralda and Cathedral.

The apartment is on a third floor of a residential building, with access via stairs (NO elevator). Despite its central location, "Plaza Nueva Loft" is extremely quiet for sleeping, without exterior noises.

Lovely month

The apartment was perfect for a long stay. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. No disposal, so cleanup is a little more work, but that was fine. Could have used extra towels and sheets, but the washing machine works great so I just did my own wash fairly often. Unfortunately, the umbrella was broken, so it was hard to sit up on the rooftop. The wifi was great and air conditioning was awesome. And the climb up the stairs was good daily exercise!

Amazing apartment

My husband and I stayed here for a two week vacation in Seville. The wonderful kitchen to cook in, fresh breezes, outdoor areas and set up were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. This is a perfect place for people who want an authentic experience in a spanish home. The only negatives I could think of were the 3 flights of stairs & the extremely thin, firm bed. Other than that, I would rate this as a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic location.

A wonderful place to stay with all necessary amenities. We would stay here again. Marcus, the manager, was so helpful. He met us outside the apartment. He carried our very heavy suitcases up the stairs. One suggestion: please provide simple instructions on how to use the washer/dryer.

Perfect Location

Manuel met us at the apartment to let us in and to show us around. The spacious apartment was comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to all the locations and sites we were interested in seeing. It is an attic apartment with no lift in the building, with several flights of stairs to reach the apartment. It was well worth the visit.

Perfect centre apartment

We had a lovely stay at this perfectly placed apartment close to city centre for cathedral plus shops restaurants etc the apartment was very clean and tidy sliding door to patio could be a little tricky to the sunny terrace area but not a problem really communication with veoapartment was quick and accurate with very friendly staff all in all a fantastic place to stay would not hesitate to come back again

Excellent séjour

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et les conseils pratiques de Thibaut pour notre séjour à Séville. Les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité. Tout en profitant de la proximité du centre historique et des commodités (commerces, marchés) l'appartement était calme. A recommander !

Top Lage, tolle Terrasse, aber...

Wir waren schwer begeistert von der Lage des Apartments, direkt am Rathausplatz und 5 min Fußweg zur Kathedrale! Diverse Shops, Restaurants und Supermärkte waren allesamt fußläufig, oder mit der direkt am Plaza Nueva abfahrenden Straßenbahn (1 min. Fußweg) erreichbar. Die größere der beiden Dachterrassen war ebenfalls super, bietet einen tollen Ausblick über die Dächer Sevillas. Die kleinere haben wir nie genutzt, war aber schön schattig für die heißen Stunden. Allerdings waren wir etwas enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Überall lagen Haare auf den Böden und in der Dusche an den Wänden und die Auflagen für die Metallliegen (Bequem sind sie nur mit doppelter Polsterung) haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Durch den Innenhof und die Lage ist es auch nachts des Öfteren recht laut gewesen, trotz geschlossener Fenster. Und den Kühlschrank müsste man für einen ruhigen Schlaf besser ausgeschaltet lassen.

Einfach schön!! Ausstattung, Lage, Ruhe..

Wir waren begeistert. Dieses Domiziel ist mit viel Geschmack und Gefühl eingerichtet. Viel Raum, nicht überladen mit unnützem Chichi, sehr hell und als Highlight die beiden Terassen. Die obere Terasse mit Blick auf die Kathedrale und das abends mit einem guten spanischen Wein. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, ein ausreichend geräumiges Badezimmer, was braucht es mehr. A charming apartment in wonderful Seville

We were very pleased to be introduced to the apartment by Esther, who was helpful in every way. We'd like her to know that we ate at some of the restaurants she recommended and even went to Sanlucar by local bus at her suggestion! The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and very well located. However, the description in the VRBO ad is misleading when it specifies a 1 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is in fact a studio, albeit quite large, with a shower and separate toilet. Our other comment for the owner's consideration would be to move the large, very heavy table out of the kitchen area beause it really interferes with maneuverability while cooking. Please accept our comments in the constructive way they are offered and thank you for making our trip to Seville so wonderful. Robert and Marilyn
