~Dynamic 6th Floor, Direct Ocean Front Condo in Cocoa Beach @ Sandcastles~

The CONSTRUCTION is DONE and the complex is in great condition!!! Thank you for your patience!

This Deluxe Direct Ocean Front Corner Condo at Sandcastles which has a view of the Ocean from the Private Balcony and the Master Bedroom!!! This spacious condominium has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchen with all the amenities. This is a very family friendly environment and all children are welcome!

The master bedroom has a KING Size Bed and the other bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and a Full size (Double) bed. The Master Bathroom is large and it has a spacious shower with dual his and her sinks!!! There is cable TV in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. We recently replaced all the sofas and chair in the living room with NEW custom built furniture including a deluxe lazy boy chair. We are constantly replacing the furniture so it is difficult to keep the photos updated. We like to put a picture on our listing of the living room with the ocean in the background so everyone can tell this is a direct oceanfront condo. It is diffcult to take this type of picture because of the difference in lighting so the furniture in some of the photos won't match because they are older photos. Therefore, going forward I am going to put a date on the photos so you can tell which ones are the most current.

Facilities available in the condominium complex include outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tube, and tennis court. There is lots of close-in private parking. There is a private walkway to the beach through the breezeway between the building! Very Clean And Neat!!!

Local attractions include the Cape Canaveral (Kennedy) Space Center, Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Ocean Fishing, and Golfing. Watch the Space Shuttle launch from the beach. Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. The condominium is only minutes away from the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Boardwalk. Check out the Night Life at 'Coconuts on the Beach', 'Cocoa Beach Pier', 'The Sandbar', or 'The China Beach Lounge'.

Sandcastles is located in Cocoa Beach about an hour away from Orlando, Disney World & the Airport. That's right, a little over an hour away from Orlando's major attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom. You Will Be In A Perfect Location To Make The Most of Your Vacation Days!!!

Most of the time we rent by the WEEK from Saturday to Saturday and if you book a whole 7 days, most of the time, you will get at least a 10% discount off for the week (VRBO automatically calculates this into the rate quoted). Sometimes during the slow season we don't hold to a weekly schedule, allowing shorter rental stays. VRBO/HomeAway rate system makes it difficult for us to incorporate this flexibility into our rate schedule. Therefore, If you would like to come or leave on a different day (other than Saturday) or you'd like to stay less than 7 days, please try to book through VRBO first and if that doesn't work, contact the owner for booking. Also, we have some flexiblity around the holidays, depending on what day of the week the holiday falls.

A nice stay

The only complaints I have are that the master shower needs non-slip sticky strips (very slippery) and that the housekeeping service didn’t clean beside the beds/nightstands, also that the curtains and ceiling fans were dusty. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The view of the beach was spectacular. The noise level was low and the pool/spa was fantastic.

Perfect Location!! Well maintained unit

We stayed here for a week splitting our time between the beach and universal theme parks. Great location. Beautiful views. Well appointed unit. Easy drive to the theme parks in Orlando. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again in the future.

Spring break

The location was nice for the beach and incredible views of the sunrise right off the balcony. We had the opportunity to see two rocket launches from the condo. Close to dining, grocery, and entertainment overall it worked well for us.

Great views..

We stayed here the night before our cruise out of port Canaveral. There 5 of us, 2 teens and 3 adults. There was plenty of room. The master bedroom had a king bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 queens i believe and is next door to the other bathroom. There is a laundry room which was helpful for a last minute laundry refresh. The views from the balcony were amazing. The sliding door opens up and it felt like bringing the outdoors inside. The furniture was newer.and nice. The master bedroom was clean and well appointed. The other bedroom though was not as clean. My daughter went to set something on the window sill and when she picked it back up it was covered in dust. When she pulled back her sheets, there was hairs, like the sheets hadnt been changed though the bed was made. She then had dropped her airpods and they went under the bed, when she went to retrieve them there was random kleenex and trash under the bed. While this did work out fine for pur 1 night stay, if your staying longer i would just dpuble check everything is clean. We also struggled with getting the keypad on the front door to lock after we unlocked it. One more tip, the master bathroom tile around the shower becomes very slippery when you get out of the shower, so be very careful!

Fantastic unit in an excellent location. Views from the balcony of the beach and ocean can’t be beat. Unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great place on the Beach!

Right on the beach, very spacious. All the amenities that you would look for in a beach condo. very quiet. You are able to see the rocket launches at Cape Canaveral on the balcony.

Construction

We were not told about the construction going on around the condominium until a couple of days prior to going down there. The only day we got to enjoy was Sunday, the day after we checked in. The rest of the week was horrible! The construction noise was so annoying. It was not a vacation at all. So disappointed! This resort only care about making money and not about your family enjoyment. If they would of been honest and transparent with me from the start I would of thanked them and booked at a different time.

Relaxation just steps from the beach

Amazing direct ocean views from the balcony. Able to watch sunrise every morning without leaving the balcony. Less than 100 yard walk to beach. Huge, sparkling pool. Very clean complex with management on site. Condo was very well furnished and Ron was very attentive. We will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice condo, with everything you need. the washer and dryer and dish washer were new and very nice. The owner is great to work with. my wife and myself had a great time and would come back. I would highly recommend this condo.

Lovely condo directly on the beach

Our family stayed here for a week during my son's spring break. The unit is on the 6th floor and looks right out on the ocean. Clean and up to date condo with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of bath towels and beach towels. Check in was easy as many instructions arrived before our arrival such as elevator and gate codes and also the wifi password. I would have given five stars except for the beach chairs. The two taller ones have a missing handle and the seat on the other has a large rip. The shorter beach chairs work fine but have bungee cords attached to hold them while you are walking. Recommend a set of new beach chairs. Other than that it's a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it.

Everything was great. We have stayed several times at Sandcastle but in other units. This unit was nice and clean and had good amenities (bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Good view of the beach and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony. Only comment for the owner is that the upper rack in the dishwasher is missing a roller. As a result the rack would fall and become stuck. Needs to be repaired or a new unit installed. The microwave does not rotate plates. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Thank you for consider renting our Vacation Home! This is where we go to get away from it all so we try to keep it in great shape. Each condominium in Sandcastles is owned by individual owners some of which rent out their vacation home like we do and some that live in them all or part of the year. Although it doesn’t have daily maid service and someone available onsite to take care of your every need it has most of the trapping of a nice resort. There are always going to be little issues that crop up from time to time so if you see small items that can wait to be fixed or you can think of things to make the place better send an email.
