First 2 weeks in april just opened up! grab dates before they are gone. Rent a boat and tour our canals or head over to ft myers beach. It's open and many restaurants are open and excited to serve you! Gorgeous 4 bedroom plus a den(5 private sleeping areas), 4 bath villa with multiple sliders to a beautiful screened-in lanai with pool and hot tub. The lanai also includes a large table that seats 8 great for eating meals and playing games, and a gorgeous outdoor sitting area with a television to watch sports while the kids are swimming, or a late-night movie after boating all day in the gulf. This home was purchased by us summer of 2019. We own vacation rentals in Michigan and this is our future retirement home, so it has all of the special touches. We have 5 bikes included in the rental. The huge kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, beverage cooler, and everything you need for your stay is open to the dining area and family room with a large sectional to seat your whole party of 8 while watching Netflix or just hanging out. There is so much space to spread out in this home with a great room, a family room, den with books, puzzles, and games. Lanai with the hook toss game, pool toys including blow-up volleyball, basketball, and corn hole toss game in the garage. All of this and about a 10-minute boat ride to manatee mile and on your way out to the gulf. We frequent Sanibel island, Pine island, and Captiva islands, great for day picnics or pulling up to one of the seaside restaurants along the way. Ask me about boat rental places near us. We are located about a block from Cape Harbour Marina with shopping and restaurants. It's an easy walk, bike, or boat ride to the Marina.
