It has a private enclosed garden and a south-west facing terrace where you can enjoy the garden furniture available to you.

At less than 800 m you have access to the BAC, which ensures the crossing to get to the city center, you dock directly to the walled city, fortified city of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, with its shops and restaurants.

Spacieux appartement

Je suis venue deux semaines dans ce logement avec ma fille de 15 mois. Le logement est grand et propre. L’équipement est complet ( un petit bémol pour les couverts , notamment couteaux qui coupent et cuillères, en petit nombre ). Proche d’une boulangerie et d’une pizzeria à emporter. Jardin appréciable . Proche d’un chemin de randonnées et a 10 minutes à pied du bac . Au calme. Pensez à bien prévoir draps de lit, serviettes , produits d’entretien, etc … car le logement n’en propose pas. Il y a un garage mais pour se garer c’est assez étroit donc personnellement j’ai préféré me mettre sur le parking de la boulangerie en face. Propriétaire accueillante et qui répond très vite aux demandes. Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d’une prochaine visite à Concarneau.

Très bon Séjour

l'appartement est spacieux, la résidence est très calme, nous avons apprécié son emplacement en face d'une boulangerie top et d'une pizzéria. l'accès par le bac à la ville close à 5mn en voiture, le GR34 qui passe tout près et qui permet de jolies balades avec des paysages magnifiques.

Ausstattung und Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer und Flur waren nur Glühlampenfassungen, damit war die Beleutung am Abend im Wohnzimmer nicht besonders gemütlich. Die Vermieterin hatte die Montage der Lampen noch nicht geschafft, versprach aber Nachbesserung.Gut ist der Stellplatz direkt hinterm Haus und die kurze Entfernung zur Personenfähre nach Concarneau. Die Bäckerei ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite und es gibt neben dem Intermarchè auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man zwischendurch mal das Nötigste bekommt. Ein Gang zur Touristeninformation in Concarneau lohnt sich, es gibt auch deutschsprachige Infos zum mitnehmen. In Le Guilvinec gibt es ein interessantes Fischereimuseum mit dt. Audioguide und donnerstags dt. Führungen durch die dortige Fischauktionshalle, wo man dann den frisch gefangenen Fisch der gegen 16.00 h eintreffenden Küstenschiffe von der Besucherterasse sehen kann.

RDC très bien situé (15 mn à pied pour liaison avec Concarneau par le bac) Commerces proches Belles plages proches Appartement très agréable dans une résidence au calme Manque un peu d’équipement ménager dans l’appartement Autrement très bien

Très bon séjour

L appartement était très agréable avec son petit jardin. Très bien situé accès à la ville close par le bac en 10 min de marche à pieds et accès au sentier côtier à 5 min. Propriétaire très accueillante. Pensez tout de même à apporter tout le petit nécessaire de cuisine et de ménage qui est parfois présent dans les locations (sel, poivre, huile, éponge, produits vaisselle...).

Beau séjour en Finistère

Logement moderne bien situé (bac à 5min en voiture pour accès à la ville close, accès rapide au circuit de randonnée cotier, hypermarché à 5 min en voiture, boulangerie de l'autre coté de la rue,...) Manque quelques équipements (barbecue, utensils de cuisine et aspirateur) mais l'appartement est très agréable et sécurisé.
