This fabulous home offers an amazing comfortable coastal cottage feel and just steps away from the deed private beach access and public beach access for guests to choose from and a large resort pool. Looking for a great location and a perfect place to gather with your family and friends the Flirty Flamingo is ready to accommodate with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a large Screened in Porch for enjoying the evenings with a cocktail or just simply relaxing and taking in the beauty of Magnolia Cottages.

3 Beach Cruiser Bikes (Complimentary) - Guests will enjoy 3 bikes complimentary and guests may use them if they wish. These bikes are operated by Peddlers 30A.

Beach Access: Guests are able to use the private deeded beach access for Magnolia Cottages which is directly across 30A. This beach access during the peak season (March - October) only allows guests to use the beach service chairs and umbrellas, no personal chairs or umbrellas due to the limit space on the beach. Guests are also welcome to use one of the many public access points along 30A the closest one is located at the Sea Breeze Beach Access which is very close only about 500 feet or a 5 minute walk at this access point you are able to use your own personal beach chairs and umbrellas.

Location: This home is located in the Magnolia Cottages community in Seacrest between Alys Beach and WaterSound. The Big Chill 30A - Perfectly Located for easy access to all the entertainment; Walk or Bike to the local hot spots. The Big Chill 30A is the incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby located only 1 mile away. The Big Chill 30A offers something for all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. Awesome concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn will sure allow for a perfect time.

* Pet Friendly (Management approval required, $225 pet fee per pet and pet agreement signed)
* No RVs, Trailers, Boats, or Watercrafts allowed to be parked at the property.(No Street parking)
* Weddings / Organized groups are not allowed. Guests must not exceed the approved number of guests allowed.
* CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home. There is ongoing construction taking place in this neighborhood
* HOA controlled community, rules are always changing we can not predict what the HOA rules may change to and when they may change. By renting this property you understand that rules may change and affect your reservation. 30A Rental Properties will do all we can to make our guests aware of the changes prior to arrival but the HOA rules supersede.
* Beach access locations and beach vending companies are subject to change, per local county ordinances. For the most up-to-date information, please contact our office prior to your arrival.
* We encourage all our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions, or you having to cancel. No refunds will be given once the refund period has passed.
* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
